ужасный отель и обслуживание terrible hotel and service

Good afternoon everyone! Just want to say - NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! ! Now, in order, when we arrived at the hotel, besides us, another couple checked in on the same day and they brought us at the same time! And they settled us and them in terrible rooms, we tried to change something for a long time, even called the tour operator in Moscow, but in the end they didn’t provide us with anything new, they said that the rest of the rooms were occupied, although this is 100% wrong! The rooms are all shabby, the furniture is very old, there was no TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, telephone in the room at all, and the other guys, in addition to everything, did not even have air conditioning. And when we returned from walking on the bed before going to bed, most of the pillows were crawling with a bunch of ants! Every day we complained, they tried to do something, or rather they accused us that we were bringing fruits to the room, so supposedly they crawl from the street !!!! ! There is such a disgusting attitude towards the Russians, our room was near the reception, but the staff never greeted us during the entire vacation !!! ! And no one speaks Russian. And at night, all the staff goes home and if something happens to you, no one will help.... But the Americans have excellent rooms on the second floor, and the Russians will supposedly live anyway! It’s really 15 minutes to go to the beach, but if you go along the road (because snakes crawl in the garden and all kinds of living creatures, so if you haven’t done a bunch of vaccinations, then I don’t advise you to go through the garden) there is a terrible stink of rotten fish, because there the fishermen lay out and dry the fish right on the road! I thought on the 3rd day I would start to puke while I was walking to the beach. Therefore, we rented a bicycle in order to quickly pass this terrible stretch of road!!! ! The only thing we really liked was the beach, very beautiful, deserted, clean, we didn’t even find a single piece of paper for the whole vacation, the beauty is indescribable !!! ! We went to the best and most famous beach in GOA Palolim (they go on an excursion there) and realized that we had wasted money and time, because our beach is 100 times better!!! ! In general, I advise you to take a hotel on Benalim beach, but definitely not this one, there are a lot of cool hotels there!! !
