Just arrived from GOA at the Bollywood Sea Queen Hotel. HORROR!! ! HORROR!! ! HORROR!! ! We were brought to the hotel around 23.00. And immediately ran away! And then the horror began !! ! They took us (me, my husband and 2 children aged 12 and 6) to the room. It was a double room on the 1st floor, the walls were all covered with mold, the furniture was broken, the refrigerator was so dirty that I almost threw up. The air conditioner, such was about 20 years ago in Soviet grocery stores, crackled like a tractor and was all covered with black mud and cobwebs. The ceiling fan is also covered in hanging cobwebs and dirt. Falling off parts of the furniture are nailed with huge rusty nails and bent (apparently not completely clogged). The backs of the bed, sheathed with cloth, it is not clear what is smeared with, so dirty that it is impossible to lie down there. And then the worst thing - the bed linen is all stained with mold, blood and all other origins !! ! The same with towels !! ! Pillows under the pillowcase are black from mold !! ! bathroom lizards sit on the walls, a bunch of ants run around the sink. The stench is such that you don’t know where to run, whether something has gone rotten, or something else. . . WE are not whimsical people, accustomed to any Spartan conditions, but it was beyond my strength!! ! After all, we have two children! I burst into tears and went to the reception. We were given keys to another room. Its only difference was that there was no obvious mold. Everything else was no different from the previous issue. There are only two beds. And we paid as for 3 ADULTS AND A CHILD. The room is tiny, you can't turn around. Pillows only 2, also all in the mold. In a word, they hung the dirty headboards with towels sticking out of nails, folded things under their heads and went to bed hungry. The promised late dinner was not provided to us either!! ! Although, as I understand it, we paid for it, because we had half board. There are no shops, food was not possible to buy. The air conditioner rumbled so that it was impossible to fall asleep. And then the electricity was cut off !! ! This terrible dirty refrigerator dripped water all over the room, there was nothing to wipe it with. Duhotischa!! ! All night long we ran with a towel to scoop up water. We ourselves wanted to drink, eat, there was no drinking water either. HORROR!! ! HORROR!! ! HORROR!! ! So in four on two beds the night passed. I cried all night, I wanted to go home immediately! But where I had to run, the plane once a week. Morning has come. There was no light. Breakfast-eggs, potatoes, pasta, tea and coffee bags, watermelon slices, bun and portioned butter. Dirty, stained tablecloths on tables. Napkins are in short supply. I was still in shock! We thought about going to rent another hotel, but then there was no money left for food. And we have children! The sea brightened up a nightmare and a sleepless night. In the evening meeting with the guide. Comes and asks: well, how are you feeling. It's just a mockery! I tell her all this. And she says: well, here all the rooms are like that. I asked how to sleep in four on 2 beds with such linen and 2 pillows, because we paid for 3 adults and a child. She answers: do you still have a place there? They will bring you a mattress. The third one will sleep on the mattress. We didn’t have a place there, where else was the mattress, and the water from the refrigerator was constantly pouring. We refused. The guide also asked if we would go on excursions, and left. She was not interested in our problems, she was interested in selling us excursions. The only benefit was that they asked how to prolong the number, t. check-out at 12, and the plane in the evening. She said - 1000 rupees you pay and there are no questions. Then the nightmares continued. The water is hot by the hour in the morning and in the evening, but that's okay. We decided to open the mixer, and it remained in our hands. Well, the husband quickly turned off the faucet on the pipe. Water splashed all over the bathroom. I made my own mixer. So they used the faucet on the pipe and the mixer in the shower. But this is not all again !! ! We started to wash, and the water from the sewer went up. It is connected sink-toilet-shower. HORROR!! ! The whole bathroom is in the sewer, the water does not go away. Towels were thrown. I have tears from my eyes. They held on to the last of their strength! They adapted to wash with a trickle. It's a horror!! ! Finally finished off dinner. I ask the administrator how and when we should eat. And he says 400 rupees per person and you can eat. So I sat down. How? We paid for breakfast and dinner. I went for a piece of paper, which was given in St. Petersburg yet. I show him, here, I have dinner. And he told me, no, I don’t know anything. I'm in tears again. The administrator went to the reception, something was discussed there. Only then were we allowed to eat. The sea and a trip to the waterfall with a local taxi driver brightened up this nightmare. Since we decided that we will no longer have business with the tour operator. The electricity was cut off every day. Refrigerator constantly leaked, rattling air conditioner did not work. Our child fell ill (it is impossible to live in such conditions! ) and a local taxi driver helped us. Perivez to the pharmacy (fortunately I have a medical education), there we meet our guide with some old lady who buys medicine in boxes. She told me: don’t you recognize me? What are you doing here? I said that the child was ill, I need help and medicines, and it is possible that I will have to go to the clinic. She told me, well, you have chosen the right pharmacy, if you call and left. It's good that the medicines have international names. Helped us as I said a local taxi driver. The day of departure has come. We paid 1000 rupees. They tell us: take your things and move to another room. We opened the door and were stunned - a large room, where there are 3 beds, the furniture is also falling apart and everything is moldy, but the bedspreads are on the beds, the taps do not fall off. The sewer works. The air conditioner does not fall apart and does not rattle. Clean linen and towels. IT finished off completely!!! ! THIS IS THIS ROOM WE PAYED!! ! We had to live in it! That's what I saw in the photo on the website. Standard room for three adults and a child. And we lived in four on 2 beds in a viper! And our guide said that all the rooms here are the same. IT WAS A BAD LIE!! ! And she knew about it! In which we were convinced for our 1000 rupees! WE left with terrible impressions not from India, but from the tour operator! Did the CORAL TRAVEL tour operator deceive us so much and cashed in on us (AND ON OUR CHILDREN) by pushing us four into 2 local dirty hole, and not settling there, what we paid for!!! ! Some were offered to refuse the included dinner in exchange for relocation to a more decent room. Do not believe the photos on the site!! ! And everything was simple - we flew from CORAL TRAVEL, and those others from PEGASS! I photographed everything and can provide completely different shots! We have been in different countries, different tour operators and in different hotels. BUT this is the first time we have encountered this! Well, let CORAL TRAVEL become richer by three kopecks at the expense of my children! And I will post the truth with photos on all sites !! ! Maybe at least others will not survive what happened to us !! ! And India itself good by itself!! ! going to this hotel, do not believe your eyes, believe the reviews! WE are far from whimsical people!!! !
