If you have chosen and paid for your stay in this hotel earlier - do not expect a normal attitude towards yourself! The service is paid for, so none of the staff will pay attention to you - you won’t go anywhere anyway. .
The territory is small, there are 10 sun loungers near the pool, there is no beach service at all, wi-fi is paid even in public areas, the road around the hotel is not very clean, as, indeed, everywhere in India. Fresh sea air is "successfully" poisoned by a burning garbage dump, it is impossible to hide from the smell and smoke even in the room.
The rooms are large, but poorly cleaned, bed linen with holes.
A good impression was left only by the restaurant, which offers not only traditional Indian, but also European dishes. BUT, if you plan to have an all-inclusive vacation - be prepared to go to the bar (outside the restaurant! ) and stand in line for drinks during lunch and dinner.

We travel a lot and often around the world, nowhere and have never met such a frankly boorish attitude of the reception staff!
The owners and management of the hotel are busy organizing local seminars, etc. , taking place on the territory, therefore, I repeat, ordinary vacationers who have previously paid for accommodation are not interested in them.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel. There are many other worthy hotels in Goa, do not spoil your vacation and impression of India!
