This guesthouse is located far enough (for Goa it is not so important) from the beach, on the banks of the river. The view of the river is beautiful, but there are mosquitoes in the evenings. There are two types of rooms in this guesthouse, one is smaller without a refrigerator (but it seems that if necessary, they will bring you a refrigerator), but with a TV set and larger rooms with a refrigerator, but without a TV set (which is not needed there).
The staff is good (only 2 people, one of which is the owner (smiling, will always be interested in how things are and how the day went)), if you need something, they will try to help (exchange, rental, how and where to get, you need salt, etc. ). e. )
The hotel has WiFi
They didn’t clean my room (perhaps I made it clear that I didn’t need it), but I’m glad about it, I don’t have the habit of shitting where I live and I don’t like it when strangers enter your room

Not far (about 200 m) is a busy intersection where there is a shop, fruit shops, cafes (one of which positions itself as a restaurant) and even street shawarma is sold at this intersection, there is also a bus stop.
Half a kilometer (in the opposite direction from the sea) there is an ATM of the state bank.
By the standards of Goa, a normal guest house. The most important thing is a good mood and the rest will be wonderful.
