We visited this guesthouse in March 2017 and were pleasantly surprised. For India, a 1 * hotel looks very decent. Clean rooms and good breakfasts. The room has enough outlets to charge all your devices and a good fan. Nights in India are not hot and there is no need for an air conditioner. Very friendly staff and owner of the hotel. Most importantly, the hotel manager Julia, a Russian-speaking girl who will not refuse to help you, no matter what you turn to her with.
On the roof of the hotel you can fry seafood bought at the fish market, which is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is family, once there you feel at home.
In the hotel you can rent bikes at an affordable price and exchange money at the most favorable rate of all that we met in the north of Goa.
The hotel itself is located near the sea, 15 minutes walk to Bora Bora beach or three minutes by bike. The beach is nice and not as crowded as morjim beach. You can have a tasty meal in a cafe opposite the guesthouse, as well as buy the most necessary things, such as shampoo, soap and creams in a shop in front of the hotel. Prices are low, do not drag it all with you from home.
I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel for creating a good impression of India. And of course thanks to Julia. A wonderful positive girl who puts her soul into this place.
