We saw a representative 3 times: at a meeting (she talked about excursions all the way), at a hotel (where she made excursions and said that we should take them now, since we would not see each other again), and at parting (when we were taken from hotel, knowing THAT THE PLANE DID NOT DEPARSE FOR US). They left us at the airport alone with our problem, from which we flew out only at 14:30. This is such a wonderful company.
