The hotel is not big and there is a family atmosphere in it, everyone greets each other, there are not many attendants, but the territory is well-groomed. They settled us even before breakfast, however, in an uncleaned room, but before that they asked if we were against it. We agreed as we were given a room with a refrigerator, as we requested (note that half of the rooms do not have refrigerators). We dropped our things, had breakfast and went to the beach, and when we arrived it was already cleaned up. Room cleaning upon request - when you leave the keys. For 12 days we never left the keys, but only changed towels, putting them on the dryer near the door. All valuables were left in a suitcase in the room and, thank God, there were no incidents. The room has everything you need and even extra (TV) and everything worked fine.
The beach by Indian standards is nearby - 5 minutes of quiet walking in the shade. Breakfasts are also normal by Indian standards, without a choice, but you don’t want to eat before dinner. Wi-Fi in the hotel and sheke Pine cafe, which belongs to the owner of the same hotel, is the best of all hotels where I have ever been.
We traveled by local buses for a penny to Panaji, Mapusu and Old Goa. It turns out cheaper than a taxi every 6-10 times and, moreover, never waited for a bus for more than 5 minutes anywhere. We visited the local landmark Fort Aguada. The fort is located at a distance of 3.5 km along the beach to the east. The round trip took half a day. At the same time, I got there by swimming.

We liked the hotel and the rest in general.
