We were looking for a hotel as cheap as possible, in the north of Goa, precisely, so that there was where to spend the night. We didn't take any tours, everyone just watched. We rode on the beaches all 2 weeks - the rest, in a word, was a success, and the cheapness of the hotel did not overshadow this, which is nice.
We were looking for a tour on the Internet, we found the most convenient and favorable conditions for 8 days 7 nights, the actual price pleasantly coincided with what we found on the site. They did not try to impose anything on us additionally, they immediately entered the position and offered budget, but good hotels. Thank you, it was nice and fast to choose the tour.
And now about the hotel:
- the rooms are large, in addition to the bedroom there is also a living room and a small veranda on the street, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hot water.
- the territory is quiet, because the hotel is not on the main street
- there is a small, old, but clean pool
- 3 buildings on 4 floors, one renovated, two not, we lived in the old one, but still nothing fell off, it was dry and clean
- 10-15 minutes walk to the sea through the city
- breakfasts are poor, but hearty and tasty: scrambled eggs, fruit, salad, milk coffee or tea
- the staff is friendly, helpful, we even left for tea when we left and, unexpectedly for an old cheap hotel
- only guests are allowed into the territory
- there is a small bar on site in the evenings
Internet at the reception, in a common clearing, but we were lucky, and in the room I caught
I recommend the hotel for those who do not sit still, Candolim itself is not very interesting, so you need to go to other beaches, grab the maximum. We can say that this is something like a hostel, but much more amenities. For economical and not spoiled fidgets - the perfect combination of price and quality.
