The hotel is dirty, reminiscent of a slum, although at first glance it is very cozy. Rooms with old furniture, stains on the bed, the pool is dirty, practically a person in their right mind will not swim in it, although it is very deep (not provided for those who cannot swim). There are toads, ants in the rooms, big black rats run along the walls. . . In general, in the evenings when we ate near the pool, they discouraged us from any desire to eat. We lived in this hotel for 11 nights, the first days it was hard to get used to this strange life of the Indians, but then we did not notice (like everyone else probably) this. I will return to India, but not to this hotel, initially our vacation was not booked in this hotel) But for some reason we were placed in it???? ? Surprised by this country from the first minutes - even at the airport dump. This is their mentality of life, there will be no other way. We went to the south of Goa - Shiva, drove for about 5 hours, then the taxi driver brought us to Palolem, where we spent 1.5 days. The bungalow was much nicer than the hotel. The beach is beautiful, with shacks, fireworks at night, but it was not possible to enter the sea - strong waves. Therefore, for myself, I concluded that perhaps there is no more comfortable than our candolim. It is very close to the hotel, other beaches are not very inspiring. Exotic, palm trees and all this is wonderful, but the Arabian Sea is not very calm and I would not recommend a holiday with children. Prices are inflated by 5 times, we were not lucky with fruits, they were bought a little expensive, but the Indians categorically refused to reduce prices for them: 1 watermelon 100 rupees. , 1 pineapple 100 rupees. , mango 50 rupees, coconut 40-30 rupees. Watermelons and melons are just awesome!!! ! Indian massage also did not inspire, they do literally 30 minutes and that's it. It costs 500 rupees. We went on elephants for 800 rubles. for four + 600 rubles. ride on an elephant. It seemed very little driving literally 3-4 minutes. . . I went with friends, so we did not get bored, and the climate is just wonderful. You practically don’t feel the sun, the humidity, and the tan is just super. Here I am sitting at work now (we have 36 degrees of cold now and I remember warm days that we will never forget !!! ! But if you go to India, then be prepared that the country is different there and we are different for them.
