went with a friend from Perm for the first time to India with the Pegasus. We are incredibly lucky that we chose this hotel. Our comrades, whom we met on the plane, went to Calangute, where they have the bulk of hotels and most of the tourists are sent there. They definitely need to reconsider something in their work, because I have never seen a worse place than Calangute, our children were also horrified, but now I'm not talking about them...
We were lucky because our hotel was located in the most convenient place - Vagator. For a treshka, it's very bad. The rooms are cozy, with a refrigerator, TV, kettle, balconies. We had a view of the pool. By the way, the pool is very decent, long, there is a jacuzzi. In general, we felt comfortable in the hotel. Absolutely no complaints about the rooms. There is also free wi-fi in the lobby. I recommend it to everyone because it is in a great location. the standard Calangute and the sparsely populated Vagator are like heaven and hell.
As for the rest of the hotel. Ayurveda prices are unreasonably high. We went ourselves to the Ayurvedic center, where massages cost us many times cheaper.

Also keep in mind that this hotel will not allow guests to visit you. Comrades from Calangute came to us, so they were not allowed into our room, they were told to sit in the lobby or the hotel restaurant. This angered us.
The food at the hotel is just awful, breakfast buffet but not even elementary eggs. We went to it only 1 time, where we were offered chicken bones, with almost no meat. All other times we have breakfast in a great place near the Garden Villa hotel, very cheap and tasty, and most importantly - they cook quickly. We became regulars there.
By the way, it takes about 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach. But it's not scary.
Now about Pegasus. . . If we had a choice, we would never go with this company again. The guide who came to our hotel Marat - an ordinary boor, imposed his expensive excursions, and when we said that we would think about it, he decided to demonstrate his sarcasm. In general, he is very vile, and he frankly doesn’t give a damn about tourists, you won’t hear anything good from him. Be prepared that with Pegasus you will be left to your own devices.
About Vagator. The place is just great. Be sure to take a bike, I have never ridden before, but I learned in a couple of hours, it's not scary at all, but what freedom opens up. Near the famous juice center, where delicious juices and fruit salad with ice cream, a lot of restaurants, close to large stores Oxford and Savitri, where fixed prices, there are ATMs. The place is not noisy, but at the same time there are a lot of clubs and close to all parties. We counted as many as 3 beaches in Vagator. One is Big, it is beautiful there, but there are many Indian tourists who constantly take pictures and there are no sunbeds. On Small Vagator there is one of the sights - the face of Shiva carved from stone. we also have a wonderful Alcove restaurant in small Vagator, where they cook delicious crabs, and even accept card payments, and the view from the restaurant is very beautiful. There are also plenty of shacks on the beach and there are sun loungers.

If you go through the entire Big Vagator, climb over the rocks, then there is a small but cozy beach, also with sunbeds and there are very few people there. We spent most of our vacation there.
then we ourselves went on a bike to the nearby Anjuna beach and once visited Ashvem, it is very beautiful there.
They took an excursion to Gokarna for 1 day from a local agency, the prices surprised them very much, especially when compared with the prices at which our guide Marat tried to sell us an excursion. And the staff were very friendly and attentive. There are still companies in Goa that do not give a damn about tourists.
In general, the impression of the trip is excellent, the little things do not count. We want to go again next year and definitely want to see Hampi. We were just intrigued by the stories about this place.
Have a nice holiday in Goa!
