The rooms are terrible in everything: the 1st floor is damp and smells of mold. It's stuffy on the 3rd. Air conditioning is paid and costs 500 rupees per day. Lots of mosquitoes. In fact, there is no hot water, although they say that it should be in the morning. There is no fridge or safe. There is not enough furniture in the rooms (only a wardrobe and a bed). The toilet didn't work and they didn't even try to fix it. They lost the keys to the locks in the door and searched for a long time for the Indian who had them. The main boss is always angry, constantly yelling at his subordinates, making himself the navel of the earth. Breakfast is tea and toast only.
In general, a nightmare and quiet horror, but there is one BUT: a cafe at the hotel and the Indian guys who work there. Meet Amit. He gave us an amazing farewell dinner, showed us the kitchen from the inside, told us how and what is being prepared. My wife is now at home making real Indian dal fries and dal makhani according to their recipe.
I give the hotel a three, and the chefs five plus!

LA CONCEICAO ANNEXURE 2* are guesthouses that belong to the complex LA CONCEICAO. They are located if you go from the road to the main building. LA CONCEICAO. They are located if you go from the road to the main building. After 2 days we were told that we were moving to another building, because. this does not belong to LA CONCEICAO, and we need to vacate the premises urgently. The same thing was said to our neighbors, only 5 days after the settlement. We were moved to another building, in the most normal room. In the room: bed, bedside table, large closet with safe, chair, air conditioner (extra charge), shower, toilet. Naturally, the feeling that after the previous tenants was not cleaned, but the bed linen is relatively clean. Our guest house was two stories high. Below us, on the 1st floor, half of the house was rented out to Russian seasonal workers, in the second half there lived Indian women, possibly the owners of the house. On the 2nd floor there are three rooms, a small hall with a refrigerator, a sofa, a table, a sink. In principle, everything is not bad, new, literally just about repair was. But! The rest of the rooms were stuffy, and along the way, only our room had air conditioning in the entire building. Zero cleaning, trash! in the territory of zero. Everyone put their waste in the hall, everything was there. No one ever offered to clean the rooms. Yes, breakfast is included)) We didn't care, fed and okay. But the older audience was indignant that Groundhog Day)) because every day for breakfast there was an omelette, bread, butter, jam, strange porridge, tea / coffee. Residents of the guesthouse could use all the services of the complex: bass and Wi-Fi, water, towels and toilet paper.
