We got to the hotel from the airport at 10 am. They immediately began to populate, but they offered the worst rooms (without a balcony or with an incomprehensible lock on the balcony, which cannot be closed with the proposed key). After a few minutes of our dissatisfaction, the owner of the hotel appeared (he has a large store on the 1st floor) and quickly solved all the problems.
We were settled in room 102. On the second day, it turned out that there was no hot water, and again the hotel owner solved all the problems: in 10 minutes, workers appeared with a perforator and a new boiler and installed it in another 15 minutes. The rat ran into us through the open balcony, but we decided that this was a good sign in its year))) To clean the room, you need to leave the key at the reception with a request for cleaning. Otherwise, no one will care about it. Towels were changed by themselves every day. The wet ones were left, and the dry ones were taken away.
Breakfast at the hotel is quite decent. They are brought to the balcony or offered to climb to the roof of the building.
