Well, I won’t write about that temporary shack for the first 3 days, I’ll describe the main building: the rooms are small there, but everything is there: a shower, warm water in which only after dinner - and it must be drained for about 10 minutes until a more or less warm state is reached, toilet, well, everything is OK, there is a small TV, it even shows, there is an air conditioner with a split system - it works surprisingly, there is a fan on the ceiling, a balcony with a table and two chairs, there is a mini-fridge on the key. There is no hair dryer. Beds are good. The rooms are not cleaned at all, so be prepared to wash the floors yourself so as not to roam the sand. Well, I don't think it's scary. The hotel has a swimming pool - small, I have never seen anyone swimming in it, except for the Indians themselves - the owners of the hotel. Breakfasts - scrambled eggs, coffee / tea, toast with butter and jam and a slice of papaya or watermelon, are covered by the hotel staff, you come, sit down, wait to be served - edible, good.
To the sea, 4 minutes walk, very close, convenient location. From the main entertainment, namely - restaurants, promenade, shops, supermarkets in 2-5 minutes walk - the weight is close. At the moment - the beginning of 2015, the exchange rate of the ruble to the rupee is 1:1, i. e. 1 rupee - 1 ruble, it is very convenient to count, you will not miss. I advise you to visit the northern beach of Arambol, wait until 6 pm - a lot of colorful personalities gather there - there is something to stare at - such as an visiting circus. Do not forget to go to South Goa - to feel its regularity. I'm not sure that all these day and night bazaars are obligatory to visit - just a market... an endless market of unnecessary rubbish. Juice center in charpore - worth a trip there, small for three tables - but the juices are cheap and very tasty - I advise. About the Candolim beach itself, to which the hotel belongs - a good beach, densely populated, so to speak, with tourists and Indians, beach cafes - shEki - there are plenty of darkness, choose any.
