The always smiling staff made minor mistakes when cleaning the room (maybe, of course, from a lack of tips). In three weeks, the electronic key to the room broke 3 or 4 times... and as a rule, you had to stand in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for it to be fixed. The most annoying thing is that the last time the door did not open 2 hours before departure to the airport, and only then a sweet and smiling girl at the reception offered to change the room. Another big minus was the room overlooking the hotel's air conditioning system, which hummed loudly around the clock (14th floor), so ask for rooms in the wing closer to the pool or just higher. Elevators are fast and quiet, with pleasant music)))!! !
