I have been traveling for over 10 years. I was in Europe, China, Thailand, Egypt, America, England, but I have not seen such hotels anywhere. Paris and London had small rooms, but they were clean, not nasty. The view from the tiny window to the construction site, which is 3-5 meters away (it is clear that this is not the ultimate dream of a tourist), I don’t want to talk about the curtain at all, because it has not been washed since the day the hotel was founded). I had to buy my own linen, because it was disgusting to sleep on the one that was laid out, and I didn’t want to sit on it, the blanket, if it was a blanket, of course, was probably thrown away by the homeless who spend the night on the beach (even it didn’t suit them anymore) . The size of the room is such that there was nowhere to put the suitcase, so I occupied half of the bed, and the suitcase “sleep” on the other (it’s true that I have a big one, but it doesn’t say anywhere that you need to come to the Imperial with a small suitcase, but better at all no things). In the room, except for the bed, a small built-in wardrobe, and a TV on the shelf above the refrigerator, there was not even a chair, not to mention an armchair (and they would not fit there). And on the day of departure, while we were on an excursion, our things were put on the 1st floor, although in the morning they could have been warned, otherwise they just threw things into bags and that's it. Usually I am warned about the checkout time on the day of departure, and I pay for this day to rest before the airport. And it’s interesting: when we checked into the hotel, the staff spoke and understood Russian, and on the last day they stopped understanding our language completely, and only the words: “I don’t understand Russian, ” we heard from them. How can travel agencies settle tourists in such places? Here in Jerusalem, the hotel "Grand Kurt", is beyond praise - and the person, and the room, and the service, and the food - everything is super!! !

This is some kind of horror! I didn't even think that "this" is called a hotel. I rested with my husband and a very small child in April 2012. I ordered hotels through the tour operator "Rondo" in Kyiv. I was offered a number of hotels, one of which turned out to be the Imperial Hotel in Tel Aviv. The photo looked good, even cute. But when I arrived and settled in the room, I was horrified. HOW COULD YOU HAVE SUCH A ROOM, NOT TO SAY ABOUT THE THAT WE HAD A LITTLE CHILD. In general, figure it out: a tiny number, about 2.2kv. m. , in which there was a musty senile smell. They wanted to ventilate, opened the curtains and our window overlooked a large construction site, where another hotel was being built. KAPETS!! ! From morning to evening, equipment was hammering, which made it impossible to ventilate the room. Okay, that's not all. Having rolled a stroller into the room, there really was no place even to walk. Further, the furniture is all old and does not match the one in the photo on the internet on their website. Crib for a baby, like 50s. The parquet on the floor is so shabby that it was disgusting to stand on the floor with bare feet. . You open the closet, and there is either mold or uncleaned dirt. There are dirty sockets in the room, but they are so antediluvian that horror. An important moment - against the background of the whole room on the wall, above the bed, the paint began to fall off in places (which the walls are painted with). If they didn’t have time or didn’t want to repaint, then they could hang some shitty picture in this place. And one more joke - the plinth on the floor is something !!! , at the junctions it has long been disconnected on its own (perhaps there was a flood in the room) and instead of joints, shaggy pieces of wood formed. How eye catching!! ! Next is the bathroom. The soap shelf in the bathroom, it looked like it had been unwashed since the war, the sink and the shelf above it were screwed at such an angle that it was impossible to put anything on them. Everything rolled up and fell down. KAPETS!! ! In my opinion, in this room there were not enough cockroaches for the full picture. My husband and I decided to go to reception and ask for another room. They went down, asked, said that there were no free rooms today, and offered to come in tomorrow. And "tomorrow" was also nothing, and the day after tomorrow, too. All in all, three days. They did not decide to call the tour operator, since clarifying these issues will take more money than it will give any results. We planned to stay in Tel Aviv for only six days and half of which we had already lived. Therefore, it didn't make sense. We spent the last three days with friends. In short, people, those who have even a little self-respect, I do not advise you to stay at the Imperial Hotel. I wouldn't even give 1 star for this hotel room. In general, minus also the tour operator "Rondo", which, due to its mutually beneficial relations, should know all the rooms of this hotel. Personally, I would be ashamed to settle people in such hotels. I'm sure that for 150 US dollars a day a more worthy hotel could be offered.

The sink is clogged. the water doesn't go away. near the glass under the toothbrushes - someone's bristles ! ! and the mold in the corners of the bath - horrified! By the way. The water in the bath didn't drain well either. we had to bathe in slates! It was disgusting to climb there with bare feet. we also asked to change the number - but apparently the answer is the same for everyone - there are no numbers))) at that time there were a lot of Russians. and with everyone they met either in the elevator or in the dining room - they all said as one - "what a horror! how can a tour operator recommend such a hotel at all" Guys, always read comments about hotels! photos are deceiving! learn from our mistakes! so that moments like these do not overshadow your vacation!

I was in Israel at the beginning of September. Wonderful country. And this is not the first time. But out of his kindness, this time he did not want to complicate the lives of his friends. I contacted the Israeli tour operator Igor Torik. "Woe from Wit", read? Here's what I need to read. How did I manage, I don’t understand myself ? ! I took the whole package from him. That is, a hotel in Tel Aviv and a transfer from the airport and, of course, excursions. You know, I am not picky about anything, but I think if you call yourself a tour operator and claim (as it is written on his website) for the leading company in the field of tourism in Israel, then the service should be provided appropriately. I haven't encountered such mediocrity in a long time. Tour guides (sorry for being rude) are market jesters, they don’t know the topic, they don’t know how to speak. The hotel is minus zero, dirty, the food is terrible, the service is below any gradation. And the prices are sky high. And I want to say to Torik: "If you do something, it's good, but there is enough mediocrity. "
