On the ceilings throughout the apartment, peeling plaster with signs of leaks and fungus. During the rain, fresh leaks appeared on the ceiling. The walls are also in some kind of stains, smudges, fungus, and the worst thing is that they are elementary dirty, tiles fell out in some places on the floor, cracked tiles in many places. Laminate in some patches. Dirty and broken doors The windows in the apartment resemble something strange: dirty wooden frames, painted with paint along with handles and glass - terribly dirty! In each of the bedrooms, only half of the double-glazed windows are installed. Double-glazed windows are fixed tightly and do not open, the possibility of ventilation is completely absent. In the absence of double-glazed windows on the windows, sound insulation is out of the question. These apartments with all their windows overlook two central streets with busy traffic. In the mornings, when public transport starts to run - buses stopping at traffic lights, and then moving off and picking up speed, rumble so that everything rattles, it is impossible to sleep accordingly. Curtains dirty and torn. I was very surprised by the electrical equipment. In some rooms, missing sockets were plugged with paper, non-working switches were sealed with adhesive tape, chandelier junction boxes hang bare, wires hanging on the wall are carefully "draped" with a piece of cloth. Air conditioners - require special attention - out of three rooms, a more or less "young" air conditioner is installed in one room, the rest are simply ancient. Considering the age and quality of the air conditioners, they rumbled terribly, it was impossible to sleep with the air conditioner running. During the 13 days of our stay, all the air conditioners gradually went out of order: water poured out of some, some rumbled, some burned out. The last two days have been hell. The hostess brought a floor fan with a fixed temperature of 25 degrees - this is with a 30 degree heat - for 3 bedrooms! . In the mini-kitchen area, there is no extractor fan installed and there is no ventilation. The apartment has a persistent smell of dampness and dirt. A dead, decaying rat was found on the balcony. Dead rats can be a source of more than just stink. . There is not a single wardrobe for three bedrooms - only hangers with hangers. There was no wi-fi, although this was actively announced. For 13 days - towels were changed once, bed linen was never changed! Completely unsanitary! In general, horror!
