We stayed at this hotel for two nights on our way from Eilat to Tel Aviv. Having read about the soviet service of Israel, they were set for the worst. But the hotel was good. Not five stars, of course, a solid four by world standards. The room is big and has everything you need. The Internet is only paid, but it is in almost all hotels in the country. There is a cafe-cafe across the road, there is a good free internet. And the food is decent, just a little salty. Drinking water is available in the household rooms (not on every floor, but on four), but something is so doubtful in appearance, it flows from a faucet on a rubber hose, where it flows from is not clear. In general, we boiled it for tea, and bought drinking water in bottles. In the same household rooms, ice and inferior irons. There are balconies in all rooms, it seems, everywhere with a side sea view (it is not clear from the street, maybe the suites have a direct view). The balconies are small, but you don't need more. We did not have time to evaluate the spa, but vacationers praised it. Breakfast and dinner are very good (and we were in three hotels in Israel on this trip, there is something to compare). They serve very well during meals, the waiters are dark-skinned, as the locals later said, they are refugees from Ethiopia, Erythea and some other country, there are about 2 thousand of them in Arat, the authorities are obliged to provide them with work. Black employees have two disadvantages. They are a little slow. During the meal, the manager watched them, from time to time he indicated where to clean the dishes or pour tea. Disadvantages in the restaurant - there was no green tea and there was no porridge in the morning. The downside to the rooms is poor housekeeping. No, the floors were cleaned, the linen was new, but all the mirrors and glass in the room were in terrible stains. The same fate and the TV. The fact is that blacks were also removed! Left tips were not taken. Another drawback is the bad beach. This is a tiny stretch of beach with a booth for storing chairs and umbrellas. Sunbeds on the Dead Sea are not given, and they are not needed. The booth closes at five. Then you can just sit on a towel. There is a transfer to the beach, transport such as a Thai tuk-tuk, but it takes 5 minutes to walk, just cross the road.
In general, the hotel is good. There are probably better ones. Read, analyze.
