It is difficult to imagine a more terrible service, dirty rooms and shameless attitude towards guests. The hotel staff is completely incompetent in matters of service and communication with customers. The rooms are dusty, cobwebs, stained mirrors, moldy bath and not even a towel hook. And this is a 4* hotel!!!??? The whole area, including the houses, needs a major overhaul and a new sensible owner who will be able to put the entire service system on the right level!! !.

The most important thing is that the hotel is not located within the city itself, but outside it. In the morning there is peace and quiet, the birds chirp like in paradise... If you wish, you can go to the center by taxi in the evening (it costs about 300 rubles ). The center can be reached by bus for free (included in the hotel services) There is a Thai kosher restaurant on site.

If you wish, you can go to the center by taxi in the evening (it costs about 300 rubles ). The center can be reached by bus for free (included in the hotel services) There is a Thai kosher restaurant on site. We dined there twice. Delicious. Kosher didn't spoil it. We also went to an excellent fish restaurant on foot (about 1 km) in the opposite direction from the beach. It's called "The Last Shelter. "
The hotel area is very green, all in flowers. The rooms are separate Thai-style houses. Sufficiently large room, luxurious bed, clean new starched linen, a large balcony overlooking the sea, an electric kettle + bags of ground and instant coffee and tea, there is a hair dryer, but the air pressure is weak.
Electric cars, the so-called tuk-tuks, ply the territory between the rooms, the restaurant, the reception. Everything is very convenient and comfortable.
The beach, however, is far away, 500 meters on foot. But nature is natural. There are a lot of corals and a lot of fish. The rest of the coastal zone of Elat is cleaned of corals and, accordingly, there are no fish there.
There is a SPA on site. Massage is excellent and cheaper than in other hotels (about 1400 rubles 50 min. )
The serving staff partially speaks Russian.
At the entrance they give a printout in Russian about the hotel and its services.
The evening program is boring and all in Hebrew. But this was the only minus for me
