Hotel ratings by criteria:
The hotel was built in 1998, currently purchased by the Fattal chain. I liked the hotel, captivates with its appearance and location. The internal filling for 4 - the furniture is somewhat clumsy, shabby, there are very few satellite TV channels - less than a dozen, but the bed in the room immediately paid for all the shortcomings - very comfortable and spacious. We lived on the 10th floor, the view from the balcony is excellent.
The pool is full of people, especially at the end of the week, but the atmosphere is calm.
The food is varied, the cuisine is delicious, although kosher, some dishes are simply beyond praise.
The service is quite up to par - unobtrusive, polite staff, some do not speak English or Hebrew - mostly low-level staff, Sudanese, as far as I understand, and there are a lot of them.
Cleaning on the floor and in the room is very good, at the level of "check-in" every day. Bathrobes and slippers are in place, towels and bed linen are clean.

The prices in the room service and the minibar in the room are clearly not for Israel, all are 200 percent higher than the normal cost, but the order in the room service was executed almost instantly and very politely.
For Internet lovers - Wi-Fi in Eilat is expensive, there are no free access points. The prices for the Internet in the hotel are even higher, so those who like to rummage around the net there are a complete bummer.
