If I had known that this dump was from the Novotel series, I would not have gone there! The rooms are dirty cleaned very badly (only the middle of the room! The furniture is ancient and falling apart! In the bathroom and the taelta, they also practically didn’t clean it properly, and the towels that we put on the floor to be replaced were hung back! The mini-bar, or rather a small and smelly refrigerator was empty and dirty! The upholstery sponge was missing as a class, but my question is where and how to clean the shoes, they told me that there is a machine for cleaning shoes near the restaurant - I went and found a machine for at least 30 years and it doesn’t clean anything because it doesn’t work! Like 4 stars and the Internet paid in the rooms! The staff tries not to overwork and not strive to work as required by 4 *! The restaurant has dirty dishes, so I recommend drinking drinks from plastic glasses and not from cups! Milkmen do not wash, so also collect milk in plastic glasses. at the reception that we are leaving in 3 hours and I will pay with a credit card! When I came to pay, it turned out that the terminal was not working there is no ATM in the hotel, while the cake at the reception suggested that I smile and go somewhere to find an ATM - accordingly, he was instantly sent to a well-known address !! ! During a conversation with me, he rolled my card several times but did not give receipts and only when I said that I go to see the worst shift, he gave me blank checks and the terminal started working)))! ! As for the location of the hotel, it is located not in the best place on the border of two not very friendly areas, and therefore, as my friends from the Israeli army explained to me, to walk it's not safe there! ! In a word, I now say NO to this hotel !! ! And I recommend you!!!
