The hotel is not more than two stars. There is no pool, no hair dryer in the room, the walls are quite thin and you can hear what is behind the wall. You need to leave before 8 am, as the construction site is very noisy. Towels are changed every day. Soap and shampoo daily. Only one manager speaks Russian at the lobby with great difficulty. Dinner time can be moved an hour later and the dining room can be closed (the restaurant somehow does not raise a hand to write) 40 minutes earlier. The food is tolerable and quite varied for such a hotel. From my own experience and from communication with other guests: you can’t leave ANYTHING valuable in the room - there were cases that both perfume and money disappeared. At the same time, there is no way to prove something or return it in any way. Calling the police does nothing either. They come and shrug. If you have a phone in your room, you can call other cities in Israel only from the lobby and no more than 2-3 minutes, i. e. you need to get your ass up and go to the reception. The windows are dirty and have not been cleaned for a long time. There is a dirty carpet on the floor in the room with obvious traces of smoldering cigarettes, oil, prints of dirty or greasy shoes, dark spots, although there is no garbage. Furniture from the time of the conquest of Rome. The room is separated from the bathroom by oriental-style swing doors, and an opening is provided above them. So that if one bathes, then everything is heard in the room. At 12 noon, they started to kick us out of the room (well, this is generally understandable - the estimated time), and we have a transfer to the airport only at 20.00. The issue was resolved for 80 US dollars. In general, if I am brought back to Israel in this "hotel" I will never stop. And I really liked the country.
