Coffee plantations - free coffee tasting (except luwak) - not particularly impressive - but you can stop by.

Rice terraces - located on the way to the volcano - you can stop, you get beautiful photos.
The volcano is the most extreme point of our route, we sat in a cafe overlooking the lake.
The bird and reptile park is nearby and, if I'm not mistaken, the entrance ticket is one for two parks. In the bird park you can take pictures with large parrots (free of charge), in the reptile park - crocodiles, monitor lizards, turtles.
Jimbaran - cafes on the coast, seafood prices are low compared to other restaurants on the island. We were in two places, the first - "Menega" - is cheap, they burn coconut shells as firewood, and if the wind blows on the sea, the restaurant is very smoky (this applies to all nearby cafes). Second place - "Matahari" to go a little further - no smoke, there are umbrellas from the sun, a free round-trip transfer, fewer people, the menu is about 2 times more expensive. The choice is yours.
Lembongan Island - I advise you to visit, a snow-white beach, few tourists, you can rent a scooter on the island (there is practically no traffic there, so do not be afraid that it is right-handed).
Elephant safari is a must!
I advise you to buy an excursion to the dolphins, it is better to do it immediately upon arrival. during the last visit, the "queue" was about a week.
