I thought for a long time how to fly with a connection to Abu Dhabi, Etihad airline. by the way - cheaper than aeroflot. from Kyiv - 5 hours to Abu Dhabi. from there 8.5 to Bali. comfortable, convenient, delicious food, dofiga alcohol, big plane. each has a personal TV with a huge selection of cartoon films. from Kyiv to Abu Dhabi, however, the flight is operated by UIA. There is almost no comment. I can only say that the rules in airlines are different and at the baggage check-in desk it is worth recalling that you bought tickets in Etihad (30 kg baggage, because UIA 20). and you can drink alcohol on board, it’s not allowed with our airlines, so it’s worth reminding once again that you are flying with Etihad. Denpasar is a small airport. walk from and to the plane)

We arrived in the evening and pretty under the degree. so of all the beauty, I appreciated only the bathroom and the room. the rooms have everything - even toothbrushes and hygiene products. very fast wifi. everything is clean and beautiful. in the morning, when we left the room - it was a silent shock - the beauty of the villa simply bewitched us.
Bali. There are 3 types of beaches in Bali - with black, white and yellow sands. Akasha is located on a black sand beach. the beach is full of surfers and, to put it mildly, not very equipped for recreation. but since it's the ocean and it takes 2 minutes to walk from the hotel, you just don't need anything.
food. the hotel has a menu where you can order food to your room or living room, but my advice to you is go to a cafe! first, it's cheaper. second, it's more varied. local cuisine is based on spices. Ice, water and sugar are always added to drinks. so it's worth clarifying if you order fresh - know sugar, know ice, know water. also if you, like me, do not tolerate spices, you should also specify this when ordering. I advise you to eat seafood. the main problem is that indonesia is a muslim country and there are big problems with alcohol. a bottle of whiskey costs more than a hundred bucks (it's a red label). you will not find wines cheaper than 30-40 euros (Australian, quite tasty). so take strong alcohol with duty free. from local drinks only beer and local rum in Bali.
nightlife and excursions. clubs are like barns. I was shocked - there are no complaints about the music and the premises, but the contingent... if in Turkey and Egypt everyone is driven to the Russians, then here they are to the Australians. there are a lot of them. during the day they go surfing. and at night they get drunk in clubs. there is no dress code in the clubs, and therefore Australian youngsters - sweaty and drunk, come there in flip flops, beach shorts and bare-chested. of all the clubs where I liked it - Kokun - it's expensive, beautiful, dress code and therefore decent. from excursions traditionally manky temple, you can also ride on different beaches and just walk around the city. Souvenirs, coffee, as well as things better to buy in stores - cheaper. the market is similar to the Turkish one. locals think that if you are white, then you are rich. the price is increased every 5. only here are the sellers, mostly women, so cute and unhappy in appearance that the tongue does not turn to haggle. of the things it is worth buying products from batik, as well as local knitwear (sundresses, overalls for 10-15 bucks, T-shirts and T-shirts for 2-3 dollars).
