Excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. It is the most extreme on Sanur, so traders and cafes practically do not get bored. The atmosphere is bliss and tranquility. The beach is excellent, the territory is beautiful and well-groomed, you can swim in the pools at least around the clock. The staff is so polite that it seems as if they have been waiting for you all their lives and finally you have arrived. The rest took place, I didn’t want to leave. The only fly in the ointment was the guide Katerina from Pegasus. I could not really explain anything either about the hotel, or on excursions, or on transport. On the day, or rather, on the night of departure, she did not warn that the flight was delayed by 4.5 hours, and at 4 in the morning (or night) we walked with luggage from the room to the reception, read her note with the wishes of a good night, returned to our room to the room. As a result, she did not even deign to apologize, but only said: - Say thank you for not sitting at the airport. There will be no memories of Katerina, I hope, but the best impressions of Bali. In short: Bali is PARADISE!!!! !
