By the way, on the way from the airport, they helped us buy a SIM card and we exchanged phone numbers, which we were subsequently very happy about, since any question (and there are many of them) was immediately resolved with their help. Erwin told us about possible excursions, but did not at all insist that we use them through him, he also advised a cafe outside the hotel where you can eat tasty and inexpensively. We, being incredulous people, checked the information several times, visiting the Amalia cafe, which is very close to the hotel and other places, both on the beach and in the village, and every time we regretted that we were not eating in Amalia. Here we were prepared and served food by a very nice married couple, they changed the recipe of any dish and drink without any problems, without any extra charge and each time they added. to the order some kind of bonus from yourself. Here I discovered an absolutely magnificent avocado fresh, only green, yellow is worse (they cook it with chocolate, but I asked without chocolate and with lime - it's really delicious) Here fresh fresh (30 rubles), you can ask without ice , in other places we got very unsaturated. I also want to mention the grilled king prawns - they are served with rice - very tasty and inexpensive, despite the fact that this is the most expensive dish on the menu. Seafood soup was our favorite daily dish, I recommend it to everyone. Of course, we did a massage in the village, as in the hotel it is 5 times more expensive. We walked around the village every evening and, having nothing to do, went into all the shops along the way and each time fell into some previously uncovered ones, since, as far as we understood, they do not adhere to any schedule and do not open every day, but when they want, and in some of the assortment is very meager, literally a few items of the most diverse goods (the pharmacy opened 3-4 times in 14 days and we noticed it almost at the end of the stay) One store only deserves a lot of attention (located on the same side of the street as the hotel, go 7 minutes and it has two large display windows and the same large entrance, it works regularly and it has a huge assortment (3 halls) of what you can buy for yourself and as a gift. wood, metal, shells, coconut, paintings, etc. Each time we hung out there for an indefinite amount of time, since there are so many things and we wanted to see everything. The sellers do not notice you at all until you contact them - this is very nice, because on the streets you can be pestered by merchants with all sorts of rubbish, but even there, if you firmly say no, they leave without any resentment and negativity. But back to the hotel, we lived in a building that started at the ocean and with windows overlooking the ocean and the pool. We settled in at night, and when we woke up and went out onto the balcony, we simply gasped with delight and no word except TALE came to our minds. All the time we stayed there, we did not turn on the air conditioner more than once, we fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to the sound of birds singing. The room was cleaned every day, the staff is inconspicuous in a good way. There is European cuisine (sausages, bacon, omelettes with different fillings, stewed and fresh vegetables, potatoes, beef, chicken and something else - we didn’t eat it. We came for the exotic, which is why we ate only dishes of Indonesian cuisine - it is presented separately - this is rice, noodles with vegetables, their mushrooms, corn, a sea of u200bu200bits seasonings and the most delicious and attractive for us is the opportunity to collect soups ourselves (two boiling boilers with different broths and various ingredients cut into separate plates - meat, greens, beans, peanuts, soy sprouts, etc. ) There were, unfortunately, few fish. There are a lot of fruits - watermelon, pineapples, tangerines, apples, papaya, melon, mangosteen, rambutans, jackfruit and something else that I don't know the name of. The pool is of an unusual shape and arrangement, islands are scattered around it, with palm trees, shrubs - you can swim in the shade and solitude, and butterflies fly over your head. In the middle of the pool is an island, along the edges of which are torches that are lit at night. And, sometimes in the evening there are concerts of national music and dance, and in the afternoon they sunbathe there. With a tan, be careful - gentle verok gives a feeling of coolness, but this is deceptive. Great large area. That’s it, I’m already tired of writing, I’ll say one thing, I didn’t want to leave the hotel, it’s so good there. Yes, and in 2 weeks we met only one mother and daughter from Russians. Mostly there are Americans, Australians and Indonesians from Jakarta come for the weekend and at this time the hotel becomes a little noisy (well, if you find fault) More about the ocean, the water is cool, as you enter, then it’s immediately good and when the waves are unclear, since the sand is gray . But since we literally fell in love with this pool, the ocean was no longer the main one (I never thought that this was possible for me, I used to ignore the pools)

Advice: wear good shoes, in the sense of not slates, the path is narrow through stones, a mountain river (knee-deep in water), fallen palm trees, a bridge with almost no handrails, we returned back through a cave knee-deep in water (mountain stream), in complete darkness and bats fly overhead, in short, a real extreme.
We also went to the islands of Gili Travagan, Meno, Air on a yacht, fed all day, generally spent the whole day just super. I really liked Meno Island, I just fell in love with it, snow-white sand, turquoise ocean. On all the islands we were given masks and fins, so we snorkeled, the underwater world is interesting, we saw a lot of fish and turtles. On Meno Island, we went to the bird park, where there are gorgeous cockatoo parrots. On Air they rode on a banana, water skiing, boards. In the evening we arrived tired and happy.
In principle, there are no more excursions. We went with the locals to temples, Lombok is Muslim, so there are few Buddhist temples and they are not very interesting. Were in the Pearl Gallery, of course the pearls are very beautiful. Blue, gold, black, pink pearls, jewelry is very beautiful. They give a certificate. Of course it's ocean-grown.
