My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 7 days from 6 to 15 April 2013. As we later learned, this hotel chain positions itself as a hotel for students. This clarifies a lot, but not everything. ) Also, the hotels of this chain are eco-hotels, at least they claim that everything is made of harmless materials.
Minuses
All rooms of the hotel are of the same standard layout (the area is small), while the idea of this layout has remained a mystery to me.

Firstly, there is no closet in the room! At all! As well as bedside tables or any other piece of furniture in which you can store clothes. There are several hooks on the wall near the entrance, on which, according to the designer's intention, clothes should apparently be hung. Under these hooks begins a shelf with a safe, so even my sundresses above the knee could not be hung so that they did not lie on the shelf, not to mention long things. I tried to ask at the reception for at least a hanger, to which they replied that they didn’t have it (fortunately, I took one hanger with me from Russia). Perhaps this is not a problem for male travelers, but still I think that both men and women, even at a beach resort, want to look at least not wrinkled.
Another thing that is not clear is that all rooms have an extra bed by default, taking up such valuable space in the room. Actually, it was on this bed that things were laid out, which is why the room was in a mess all the time. The layout of the room is such that because of this extra bed, far from being needed by everyone, there was nowhere to put even a suitcase. It simply did not fit in the narrow passage between the bed and the window (although not so big). As a result, he stood in the middle of the room, and we constantly stumbled over him. While we were staying at the hotel, we watched Asian couples with children and with 2 and 3 suitcases check in, I can’t imagine how a whole family can be accommodated in such a room.
Another significant minus for me is that the windows do not open in the hotel. At night, and during the day, too, it was very stuffy, I really wanted to open the window, ventilate the room, but instead I had to turn on the air conditioner, because of this, my husband and I caught a bad cold on the very first night, although the air conditioner worked at minimum power. In the following nights, they tried not to turn it on, which is why it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in stuffiness.
Another point - the hotel was built with the letter P. We got a room overlooking the indoor pool, and the windows of the rooms are opposite. Accordingly, it was necessary to constantly close the blinds so that the neighbors did not see what was happening in the room. And the blinds are very thick, they don’t let in daylight at all, and when you close them, you have to turn on the light both during the day and in the evening, and you get the feeling that you are in a small dark bunker. Therefore, we tried to spend as little time as possible in the hotel.

The third significant drawback is that there is no place in the room to dry wet things! There is only a towel dryer under the sink, but that's not enough. Therefore, after the beach or the pool, we had to hang wet swimsuits, pareos, and other things on all protruding interior items - cornice, door handle, door closer, etc. In my opinion, a completely unacceptable oversight for a resort hotel.
The toilet and shower (with hot water) are a separate cabin, standing right at the entrance to the room, somewhat reminiscent of a toilet on an airplane or train. Everything would be fine, but when you turn on the light in the booth, the fan also turns on, which buzzes, to put it mildly, loudly. The fan directly deafens the one who is in the booth, and is very well heard by the one who is in the room. There is no soundproofing in the cabin, so when my husband got up at night to go to the toilet, I woke up from the hum.
Of the bathroom accessories, only a small soap and shampoo in a sealed bag. So take everything with you!
Breakfast at the hotel is always the same - rice and very spicy fried noodles, everything is served in a palm leaf + coffee. A couple of times to try this dish was still all right, but we didn’t want to eat such spicy food every early morning, so we had to spend extra money on breakfast.
And one more minus - payment for the entire period of residence is taken upon arrival, and if you suddenly decide to leave earlier, then the money will not be returned to you, because. there is a penalty of 100% for cancellation of the reservation. So my husband and I had to endure inconvenience for a whole week. We rested in Bali for 3 weeks, changed 4 hotels at different resorts, and I want to say that for 20-25 dollars we lived in much more comfortable conditions than in a POP hotel for 38.
pros
The staff is very polite, pleasant. Each hotel employee, at the sight of a guest, is distracted from business, smiles from ear to ear and says hello, which cannot but cheer you up. )) Clean the rooms well. Towels are changed every day, bed linen is not.
Nice clean pool with nice little artificial rattan sun loungers.
Convenient location - 5-7 minutes leisurely walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the main street, where bars, nightclubs, restaurants are located.

Summary: you can stay, but for a couple of days, no more. If windows were made in the rooms that open, a wardrobe was installed instead of an extra bed, a dryer for things was thought out and the menu was corrected, then it would be a great cheerful hotel!
