The location of the hotel is excellent - the center (about the same as on Independence Square in Kiev). Rooms are very large, ceilings about 3.5 m, the furniture in the room is all new, spring mattresses, fresh white bedding, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, shower gel. Carpets on the floor are natural, but the color is post-Soviet. Renovation of an old room (ie the walls cracked). The floor is parquet, but near the window it was drenched with moisture. The wooden windows are very old with huge cracks and in winter obviously the length of them will be incredible.
The air conditioner is mobile, but working (if you understand how to turn it on), that is, a hole is cut in the window and the hose will be pulled out of it. Our room had a bathroom (quite large and the renovation is not old), and friends have a shower, but had a balcony. Hot water was regular.
But the room was not cleaned at all in 3 days, no one even took out the garbage during this time. And the refrigerator has not thawed for probably a month. You need to call it, you defrost what we had to do successfully.
WI-FI in our room did not take much, I had to go out into the corridor around the corner. Normal reception at the reception.
Now breakfasts. Oh ...It's something with something ...On the first day, three pieces of cheese for four, kefir, muesli and cold milk. Some fruits, eggs, sausage, etc. there was nothing. Hot milk, cheese, coffee, all had to knock out the waiter. I used to expect modest breakfasts, but so ...
The next day, we bought fruit yogurt and came with it for breakfast.
Both, and they can see the test, usually did not give fruit, but eggs, sausage, yogurt, vegetables have already appeared. And some dude walks the pan checks. In general, lucky.
Now about parking. The staff at the reception is just awful, that is, to explain that they are behind them, and the exit to the right of the reception is neither English nor Hungarian, they can not give the address, and look as you want.

My husband and I have been staying at this hotel for six years now. Very satisfied with the service and staff. Everything is like at home, cozy, satisfying. The staff is friendly to us. We do not want to change the hotel.
