Stayed at the hotel for two nights in May 2017 while on a bus tour.
The hotel is located closer to the outskirts of Budapest. Of the advantages - within walking distance of the metro and a Lidl supermarket.
Didn't see a car park.
The settlement went quickly.
The hotel accepts card payments.
Only one elevator was in operation, accommodating a maximum of four people. And if with luggage, then three. Therefore, if a group settles or a lot of people go to breakfast, you have to wait a long time or walk.
There are few photos on the hotel website and they were taken from a very good angle and in subdued light. In fact, the rooms are quite average, requiring partial renovation.
By the way, during our stay in the corridors of the hotel there was a repair of some communications.
Triple room with an area of about 15 square meters. .
Beds with good mattresses, comfortable. .
The room has air conditioning. Judging by the model and location, the air conditioning system is centralized (this is often the case in Turkish and Greek hotels). The air conditioning did not work during our stay.
The lighting is poor, even if you turn on the bedside lamps along with the chandelier.
There are only 3 free sockets in the room.
LCD TV (21 inches) with very complex controls, terrible noise and no channels in Russian or Ukrainian.
The speed of the Internet via Wi-Fi is good, the signal is stable.
In the bathroom, with a shower, the equipment is old.
The lighting is good, there is an additional bright lamp above the mirror.
From bath accessories - 2 towels per person plus one common for the feet; liquid soap in the dispenser near the washbasin and in the shower. Shampoo and shower gel were missing.
Fan worked well.
The shower also worked well. The water is hot.
Our breakfast was included in the room rate.
For two days there was exactly the same buffet: muesli, sausage cuts, cheese cuts, vegetable cuts (it ended quickly on the first day and was no longer replenished), something like pilaf with sausages, boiled sausages, buns, bread, butter, honey, jam, fruit drinks from the machine, hot milk, coffee, tea.
You are not allowed to enter the restaurant with bags. Only with very small female ones. The hotel staff suspects every tourist in advance of wanting to take something out of breakfast.
There was a very ambiguous impression of the stay: on the one hand, it is clear that the administration is trying to update the hotel, make it more comfortable for tourists (the reviews of previous years indicate the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, but now they are), on the other hand, very strange prohibitions and unfriendly attitude of the staff.
Before coming to this hotel, you need to weigh all the "pros" and "cons" well and be prepared for the fact that guests are not very welcome here.

Of the three hotels we stayed in during the tour, this one is in 2nd place only because of the normal breakfasts. Number: the bedrooms are quite spacious, a tiny table and two bedside tables. The bedroom is clean and linen is fresh. Pillows are too soft and hollow for me. The bathroom was an unpleasant surprise: a dirty shower room, a limescale faucet on the sink.

Plenty of towels and a hair dryer. In general, the bathroom is a relative of Ukrainian restrooms in luxury resorts.
Territory of the hotel: the hotel is located in a residential area of Budapest, so you will not see any special beauties nearby.
Food and Service: Breakfast is average, at least nutritious enough. Only boiled sausages and apples were tasty. Do not take black tea - in bags of earth or dust, but not tea. What I didn’t like very much: our tour group was forced to wait for about 15-20 minutes until a couple of hotel guests were satisfied, bags that could fit a sandwich or an apple were not allowed to be taken with them (apparently they are afraid that their food will be taken away). At the same time, it is also impossible to leave a bag at the reception, although our group was in a hurry to leave early, and there was no time to run around with things. The impression was that Ukrainians are tolerated here solely for the wallet.
A separate "fe" deserves a certain full uncle (it is not clear whether the director or the receptionist - he did not introduce himself), whom the four from our excursion group with heavy bags met in the elevator. The lifting capacity of the elevator does not allow to accommodate more than 200 kg. The overweight uncle on the 5th floor decided otherwise, and stood in the elevator for about 2 minutes, unsuccessfully trying to close it. As a result, the uncle gave up, and the elevator did not want to take the four of us to the 1st floor, despite the fact that before meeting with this uncle, he "rolled" us perfectly. As a result, I had to run down with things from the fifth floor to the first.
I do not recommend this hotel for a stay.

A three-star hotel for a short vacation is very good - warm, clean, comfortable furniture. It is especially pleasing that the hotel is non-smoking - for those who are allergic to smells, this is very uplifting! Breakfasts for every taste. The hotel is conveniently located - a quiet street, and transport interchange allows those who travel on their own to get to it by tram and bus.
