Hotel security needs to be improved. The reason is simple - during our stay in the hotel we were robbed. Someone came into the room in the morning and emptied the wallet. The administration was notified of the incident, a report was written at the police station. The reaction of the administration to what happened, after two weeks - zero!!! We wrote two messages to the hotel asking them to inform us about the results of the promised internal investigation. No answer.
