To the city center - 3 metro stops. Within a 15-minute walk - many supermarkets and a large shopping center "Arena". To the Stadium. F. Pushkash (came to the city for the EURO 2020 match) - 20 minutes on foot (or 1 metro stop).
The only discomfort is the contingent nearby. Still, the neighborhood quarters are the same everywhere. But for short-term living - suitable.
