Хотелось спокойного отдыха , а получила экстремальный :( I wanted a relaxing holiday, but got an extreme one :(

The first impression of the hotel was only positive: right on the lake, its own beach (a park with trees, free sunbeds, sports grounds), all-inclusive meals (dining room, beach bar, cafe in the lobby - no frills, but for 3 * very decent ). The hotel itself is not new, partially renovated; I got a room on the 11th floor (slightly shabby, but the view of the lake from the window was mesmerizing).
Everything would be fine, if, on the first night of the stay. plaster from the ceiling did not fall on the bed (where I slept) (hole diameter -1.5 m), having miraculously avoided being buried under the rubble, I received a lot of bruises, a whole collection of bruises (with which it was impossible to appear on the beach) and nightmares for several months. The hotel administration transferred me to another room and considered that this was enough, the doctor examined me only after 10! hours. The reason for the collapse was never explained to me, they referred to the bad weather (that night there was a thunderstorm and a strong wind), so you can rest there only if the wind is weak and it does not rain.
Briefly: instead of rest, moral and physical suffering and a disregard for the hotel administration. STAY IN THE HOTEL - DANGEROUS!
