From each house to the beach there is a staircase, the beach is a concrete platform with ladders into the water (deep, for those who are not suitable for "you" with water). There is one pebbly area, but, firstly, there large pebbles smoothly turn into large stones, which are very slippery in places (so shoes are required), and secondly, in this bay, despite the ban, two dozen inflatable motor boats have arranged parking for themselves. So, in my opinion, you should not count on swimming on a pebble beach in this hotel. The kids spend time in the pools. One of them is quite a paddling pool, the second is designed for both adults and children, there is a smooth decrease in depth. Since the main content of the hotel is the Germans, they do not care, they always swim in the pools. There are also a lot of Austrians, Italians and Slovenes (determined by the numbers on the cars), few Russian speakers. We went to the beaches of neighboring Koversada, there is a lot of space, and there is a real pebble beach with a smooth immersion in the water (on the island). Since we were with a child, this was important for us. Koversada is the largest naturist village in Croatia, where, of course, you need to follow the dress code. Tourists in swimming trunks were taken out by security several times under white hands : )
Restaurant. Everything is perfect there. Everything is clean, the food is always fresh, tasty, the menu is updated every day. No compromises. I can say the same about the number. It looks like it was renovated yesterday. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous, in addition to the shower, it also has a bathtub. Drinking water in the tap. Products in the local supermarket are more expensive than in Kyiv, but also of better quality.
The staff behaves as if they have been waiting for you and only you all their lives. They always smile, and this is not an artificial or fawning smile, but a smile that is completely sincere. In general, the atmosphere of friendliness and tranquility reigns in the hotel, in the evenings there is very good live music by the pool, every evening the performers are different and the styles are also different. After 23 - silence. To Vrsar about 10 minutes with an easy step, it will be noisier there)
In summary, I want to say that the hotel, in my opinion, will appeal to mature people who appreciate a quiet and high-quality European vacation.
A little warning for those who are going to fly with Adria Heath. They make twin flights Kyiv-Split-Pula-Kyiv. Although there should have been two flights, one to Pula (in the morning), the second to Split at 16.30, but... if both of these flights are not filled, then they combine them. We flew back and forth on such a flight, and a week before us people flew the same way. This means that the plane first lands in Split, refuels there, picks up those who fly from Split to Kyiv, and then to Pula. As a result of such adventures (which we were warned about the day before departure), we arrived in Croatia at 9 pm, instead of 10 am... True, we also flew away in the evening, so we didn’t lose anything except nerves))) This is the only minus of this travel, I hope Adria Heath will do something to ensure that this does not happen again. Friends, my husband and I, being newly minted, decided to go on a honeymoon trip to Croatia! since the wedding took place at the beginning of September, we did not wait for the winter holidays and waved to Vrsar! we were so happy that we managed to go at the very height of the velvet season that we forgot about everything in the world! however, the hotel staff made sure that we were not dissatisfied with anything! The polite attitude on their part by the end of the holiday became something ordinary: they were constantly wondering if we needed something, if we were dissatisfied with something! A very nice hotel in a charming location. The rooms have all the amenities. Nice atmosphere in the hotel bar. The restaurant is very clean, the food is good. The service is good. Just today I flew in from Croatia, rested at the Petalon Hotel for 8 days. I fell in love with this country! I have been to many countries before, but Croatia won me over with its magnificent nature, warm and clear sea and very friendly people... I liked absolutely everything in the hotel (room, excellent food, well-groomed green area, etc. ) All foreigners rested, we there were 4 people from Ukraine and 3 people from Moscow. I liked everything very much, I definitely want to visit this wonderful country again!!! !

Sliding wardrobe, cond, safe, refrigerator, fine. furniture, satellite TV. New plumbing: gravel, bathroom. The hotel has two swimming pools: for children under 3 years old, and an adult pool.

The beach is typical for Istria: there are descents into the water like in a swimming pool, and two places suitable for children. In the neighboring hotels of Pinete, etc. the beach is larger than pebbles, but people swim just near the marina with about 100 yachts and moorings. And lie like fur seals. Even on paid sunbeds. take floating mattresses with you and - settle down where you want.

Hotel Petalon 4 stars - just super. Rooms and service are good. The bathroom has a shower, towels are changed at your request, you just need to leave them on the sink. The room has everything you need; fridge and TV included. All rooms with sea view. Houses are 2 or 3 storey, but it is better to choose a house on the first line, then you will definitely see the sea. They fed very well! They often gave octopus and squid, a lot of fish and meat, unlike 3 star hotels. Drinks at dinner are not included, but there are compotes of 2 or 3 types.
