The beach is small pebbles (gravel), but in another part of the city (30 minutes walk) the beach is better, pebbles are like on the South Coast. There were a lot of people, but there were always free sunbeds. Since there are many pine trees right above the beach, there is a large shady area. When our child got sick, we took him to the doctor, the doctor speaks English. The noise from the waterfront didn't bother us at all. So nothing to complain about : )
