The hotel corresponds to its 3 * in all respects, except for the rooms. Furniture is old, plumbing too. But since I spent little time in the room, this moment did not upset me at all. Everything else is great: staff, food, location. Separately, I want to note the animation. Busy schedule every day: fitness lessons, pool games, live music in the evening, guest artists.

There are almost no Russians in hotels, this also could not but rejoice))) Near the hotel there is everything you need for a quality holiday. Clean pebble beach with water attractions, bike rental, car rental, bus stop, supermarket and port a little further. I recommend the hotel for everyone: for those who travel alone, and for couples, and for parents with children, and for the elderly.

Hotel Marina is a good hotel, but quite "pension" for families with children is quite suitable... but not for young people! There is no minibar in the rooms, no air conditioning. Satellite TV is only in German or Croatian. One program in Russian is broadcasting RTR from Germany. Rooms with a view of the "sea" are given only if you have a suite.

Satellite TV is only in German or Croatian. One program in Russian is broadcasting RTR from Germany. Rooms with a view of the "sea" are given only if you have a suite... If they settle over the pool, then you won't be able to fall asleep before the end of the entertainment program (songs). The rooms are cleaned every day, but bed linen and towels - every 2 days. The food is not very....monotonous... and not so very tasty. Drinks are provided only for breakfast. The beach is nearby... 20 meters, clean, small. If you choose hotels in Rabac, then it is better to choose the Allegro hotel. The rooms there are spacious and air-conditioned, + everything is included and, most importantly, delicious! Friends brought us all sorts of goodies for lunch. As for Rabac itself, it is one of the most beautiful cities on the coast in terms of landscape. We drove along the coast and we liked Rabac the most.

We stayed in Marina Hotel in September. To say it's good is to say nothing. I am not at all pretentious in choosing a hotel, the main thing is that I can have a good sleep and wash somewhere, and the rest always worries me a little. So, they gave us a room, even though it was above the dining room (that is, an open veranda), but this did not interfere, since we already woke up for breakfast and went on excursions or ate ourselves in this dining room, and walked after dinner.

So, they gave us a room, even though it was above the dining room (that is, an open veranda), but this did not interfere, since we already woke up for breakfast and went on excursions or ate ourselves in this dining room, and walked after dinner. The room is clean, there is a balcony where you can sit in the evening, calmly talk, smoke, breathe divinely fresh air. Cleaned in the room every day. The TV was not particularly needed, since there are no Russian channels there. There is no air conditioning in the room, but I don’t need it, it’s not stuffy Egypt and not Thailand, the temperature is comfortable there, and if it’s hot for anyone, you can open the balcony. The only thing I didn't like was that the blankets there were very thin and I was freezing under one, I had to cover myself with the second one. Nutrition - breakfast is basically the same type - different types of omelettes, fruits, cocoa, coffee, tea, milk, yoghurts, buns, jams, sausages. Delicious, but could be a little different. For dinner, drinks (even water) are paid, if you don’t want to, eat dry, for dinner there are usually several types of meat, fish, 4 types of salads, ice cream, fruits, various side dishes, ranging from pasta to broccoli, vegetables, fruits. I really liked the food, tasty, plentiful and satisfying. Every evening there is live music in the bar, until 23:30, then it’s quiet and calm, there are almost no Russians, it’s hard to meet at least one and I like it most of all, no one yells, doesn’t mumble when drunk, doesn’t climb insolently. Everything is calm, you can relax and really feel the relaxation. We came at a time when mostly pensioners rest in Rabets, there are few young people, so there were no parties and fuss, I really had a rest, I didn’t swim in the pool, I didn’t want to disturb grandparents, floundering peacefully there. And why, when the sea is 50 meters away, you just need to go down the stairs and the cleanest sea in Europe is at your disposal. There are only 4 beaches, we swam anywhere, where it was only possible to go down into the sea normally, in small, not crowded places. In general, I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel meets the stated category, even more! On the very shore, the food is excellent, animation from morning to evening: during the day, fitness lessons, walks, in the evening invited artists (magicians, singers), live music, theme parties. Reception works at 5! All issues are resolved with lightning speed! The hotel guests are Germans.

I didn’t take excursions, because by car you can drive around the entire peninsula with a stop at all interesting cities and villages! Croatia deserves special praise for the nature and cleanliness of the beach. The resort town of Rabac is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooo small and thus attractive for enjoying nature rather than urbanization. Disappointed Opatija: a lot of Russian, dirty, concrete beaches. If Croatia is for recreation, then only Rabac.

We rested in Marina 3 * (on some booklets it was stated 2 *... ). 1. There is no air conditioning in the room 2. Cinema hall - this is a strong word: a bright room with a TV and chairs lined up in a row. It is located so far away from the route of the guest that I can’t even tell if the TV was ever turned on.

2. Cinema hall - this is a strong word: a bright room with a TV and chairs lined up in a row. It is located so far away from the route of the guest that I can’t even tell if the TV was ever turned on...
3. Pool with sea water, which is diluted with bleach. . .
I don’t remember anymore....But the impression of the hotel is a lot of minuses and one small plus! Since I VERY love Croatia, first about the bad.
Cleaned the room BAD!! ! If it were not for the tightly tucked blankets under the mattress, you would never have guessed that someone was in the room. Still ALWAYS closed the window with sashes and curtains and shutters !! ! The room faced north - the sun was only after 16-17 hours, why the maid decided to deprive us of coolness at lunch is not clear. She began to clean up only after they left a note on the handle of the room: "Clean our room, please! " And then, if we used a vacuum cleaner, then not all over the floor... The dust was not wiped AT ALL NEVER! I washed the sink ONLY once on the 13th day, and this despite the fact that it managed to get dirty in the local Croatian red earth (after a heavy rain, a lot of things were washed away from the mountains... I had to wash my shoes... ). Towels began to be changed a day after that very note... The bed was changed only once, again on the day we posted the note... Soap and shampoo brought three days before departure! But when communicating, she was friendly, even a little frightened... with her BROAD smile (despite the fact that I am a positive-minded and quite sociable person, there was a feeling that I was stuffing myself into a tip... ) There were thoughts of leaving something on the table, but I pay ONLY for work, not for lack of it. . .
The breakfasts were delightful. Although for us it was familiar, as we are accustomed to such a variety in Mediteran 2 *. Why was there no difference in a hotel with more stars. . . ?? ? Question to Valamar (the owner of these hotels).
Dinner is disgusting! ! not by the number of dishes, but by their quality and variety. The salads "from the chef" were the most surprising (ingredients: what they didn’t finish yesterday - sausage (it’s not even our Posadskaya, it felt like natural pink toilet paper... even without adding a cube for taste), cheese ( in Russia they didn’t try such disgusting things !!! ), boiled or stewed green peas, corn (again, this is what is served in separate containers every day) they also mixed rice and rotten cucumbers...
They ate there the so-called "French" salad, the same as the Russian "Olivier", only without sausage or meat, but with a huge amount of carrots.
A lot of sauces (5-6), mayonnaise, ketchup (tastes no better than "Krasnodar"), vegetables are cut into SUCH slices that it's scary!! ! Lettuce leaves, I had a feeling, were plucked two days ago, but were stored in the refrigerator... Cucumbers: my granny left such grains for planting !!!
Hot dishes: one dish (especially loved last year in Mediteran 2 * - it was served there almost every day, more than every other day : ), only there it was a cold appetizer) was so disgusting that....Ingredients: tiny octopuses , pieces of squid, mussels, shrimp - very little, and fresh and pickled rice and cucumbers - in large ones (in Mediteran it was the other way around). Plus, they "added" scale from all this brew...
Since 2008, in Mediteran, it has become the same as in Marina, because. these hotels have united: one reception (in the Marina), one kitchen. . . It's a pity....
Now for the good:
What kind of cakes were there..... The restaurant staff is very friendly, not intrusive, but SO loving to chat with colleagues not far from those who eat... not speaking English (Example: I asked the girl in English, apologizing, she said that speaks Italian, repeated the request in Italian - in response to a smile and... German. Well, how could she know that I speak a little five languages ....including German... Poor fellow... My request remained with me... and I didn't suffer. . . : ) As a bonus, I got more attentive service. . . : ). as soon as something ended or was on the verge of an empty dish, it immediately changed to a full one. You can’t take anything out of the restaurant from the food (there is a price list for food taken out at the exit, so one fruit is 12 kunas = 60 rubles, though they close their eyes if you go with a beach bag. ) Food is hidden not only by Russians, but also by Germans, Italians, Slovenes - and the Russians are in the minority here : )) When we were detained, an Italian wanted to take out an AWESOME pie in a napkin... But my son was regularly allowed to take out fruit... He is 13 years old, not such a cute baby. They allowed me, probably, because he ALWAYS asked the administrator: "Can I? "... : ))))))
And now the biggest PLUS that covers all the minuses is Croatia itself, "where you want to constantly return. " The most transparent sea, snow-white beaches (pebbles only made me happy), fragrant pine trees, playful squirrels, an eternal siesta... complete relaxation
