Well, a certain amount of information can be obtained from my review on this link review on the rest in the hotel, but there is also a little about the cottages.
http://www.turpravda.com/hr/medulin/Belvedere-h9237-r13463.html in the summer of all cottages and campsites, as well as mobile homes in Croatia, darkness, darkness, on the coast. Judging by the large number of cars, you can drive without problems and have a good rest.

There are really plenty of cottages and apartments everywhere, renting a house is not a problem at all. We filmed on location. Transport - depends on your budget. Of course, the most comfortable thing is to rent a car (any tour, there are plenty of them in cities), but it's not cheap. We rode a scooter (moped) for short distances, and parking is easier. We traveled from Plitvice Lakes to Split by regular bus, it was very comfortable, only you need to look at the schedule in advance :) Read about the sights and decide what you want to visit and make a route. You can rent a car directly in the city where you arrive.

This year, Russians and Ukrainians do not need a visa or a hotel reservation voucher. Therefore, they only look at the passport at the border, stamp it and go on vacation for up to 90 days of stay .... You choose everything yourself - both the place and accommodation and food .... if you don’t like it, you move to a new one. They may ask you to show the amount of money for the holiday, show a credit card and that's enough. If you want to get by car/bus, you need to have a transit euro visa (this is done by tour companies)... by plane, everything is simple. Have a good rest.

thanks for the answers) Another question about air travel. If you don’t book a place on a charter.. are there direct flights from Kyiv to Zagreb or another city in Croatia where there is at least a small airport? I watched on one of the sites how the flight is carried out, for some reason through Vienna or Germany! Croatia, is the above information true?
thanks in advance)))
PS for those who are also interested in booking cottages or places in villas in advance, I found a good Croatian company that provides this kind of service! The prices are very affordable!

Regular flights are really expensive, and in my opinion there are no direct flights to Zagreb. I would still recommend looking for a charter. If you are not flying during the peak season, then there should be places. I won’t say anything about Croatia, but last year I found a charter to Montenegro (Kyiv-Tivat), we flew in the 1st week of September. I just called several agencies asking if it was possible to buy a charter without a tour, not everyone answered yes, but in the end I found the same, and with suitable dates for me. Try it!

Windrose airline will fly to Croatia this year (Pula, Split, Dubrovnik)
the charter was booked by the travel agency ZETA. Try to get tickets from them (approximately 300 euros)

yes, tickets from 300 euros (but this is the initial cost) it was not so easy to buy tickets!!!
Faced with the "trafficking" of our travel agencies!
Initially, they call one cost (300 USD, and after literally half a day, when they already decided to buy tickets, they call a completely different cost (370 euros !!) Therefore, I found a more or less good cost for a tour package for 7 days! 100 euros cheaper (excluding transfer and medical insurance). So it makes no sense to look for it on your own, it turned out the same for the money))
Thanks for answers!;-))))
P/S Share your impressions of your holiday in Makarska?))
Thank you in advance)

We didn’t rest there, we stopped by to see the place :) Well, what can I say ... this is a typical resort town with good beaches (large pebbles), quite quiet during the day, with a lot of cafes ... in general, if you are beach lovers, then you you should like it :)
