The kitchen wants to be more varied and the dishes are cleaner. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The city of Pula is 6 km away. in which there are many different shops and there is something to see. The hotel has a small shop where you can buy everything you need two exchange offices.
We arrived safely on a charter flight around 10 pm. However, upon arrival at the meeting party, we were not on the list. Fortunately, this unfortunate mistake did not affect the future in any way - we, like the rest, were taken to the hotel, settled safely and fed.
The hotel is located right on the beach, metro 50 to the sea, which is very pleasing. All rooms are with sea view (at an angle). Around the most beautiful nature and the cleanest sea. This is the first and most powerful impression!
Further - more or less structured information on various aspects of recreation - I hope someone will find it useful. By the way, the Croatian kuna is almost equal to the Ukrainian hryvnia - it is very convenient to count!
Food
Breakfasts are satisfactory, dinners are very good. Breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, three types of cereal, milk, tea, drinks (not juices), bread + butter, sausage, cheeses, yogurt. Dinner: 2 types of meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables, rice, fresh vegetables, drinks for a fee.
The cost of food in the restaurant on site: tea - 6 kunas, juice - 15, wine - 15, coffee - 10-15, beer - 15, main dishes - from 40 to 70 kunas, soups - 15 kunas. In total, lunch for one person cost at least 70 kunas.
But to organize the food of a 2-year-old picky toddler was a non-trivial task. In the mornings, we asked the girls from the restaurant to cook different porridges for him (from our cereals). Thank you very much for this! The rest of the time we got by as we had to - in the main broths and boiled potatoes (I didn’t want to eat anything else from the local cuisine ).
Vacationers
Half of the guests at the hotel are Germans (or German speakers). Another quarter are Croats. The rest are Italians and French. The vast majority are of retirement age or families with children (from infants to 10 years old). There are practically no teenagers and young people. In the evenings, no music or noise, at 11 pm everyone goes to their rooms. This is such a peaceful place.
The playground consists of three swings, a carousel and a sandbox without sand There is a clear flaw in the hotel. Older children hung out there, but ours was bored, he preferred to throw pebbles into the water and run around the hotel, although in Kyiv he could play for hours on a good playground.
Beach
Pebble. Most of the pebbles are the size of a goose egg and more, there is a small area with small pebbles, where the main children hung out. There are a couple of convenient stone entrances, the bottom is almost clean, without pebbles (sand). Sunbeds are paid, but almost no one used them - everyone with something of their own: towels, foams, folding beds. To the left and right of the beach there are harsh volcanic stones , it is good to walk on them, but it is scary to climb into the water.
Entertainment and excursions
No entertainment was found on the territory of the hotel and in the vicinity of N kilometers Except for bars and TV.
We don’t like organized excursions, and you don’t really ride with a baby, so we planned to go to Rovinj (40km) and Pula (9km) on our own. With some surprise, we learned that the nearest bus stop is 3 km from the hotel - half an hour on foot (we took the pram with us and never regretted it). We used the bus a couple of times to travel around the area (to Pula and Premantura) - there is a bus schedule at the hotel reception (approximately once an hour), you just had to get out early. Bus ticket to Pula - 15 kunas. Calling a taxi turned out to be quite convenient - from the hotel to Pula 80 kunas, from the hotel to Rovinj 200 kunas. Without going into details, Rovinj is definitely worth a visit, a beautiful city! Pula is also good, but Rovinj is better.
Weather
We were unlucky with the weather, but the hotel had nothing to do with it It rained every other day.
When it became completely boring for us to sit in the room, it turned out that the hotel did not have billiards and bowling (as indicated in the Zeta Tour brochure), and the pool was not heated - the water was straight from the sea (and the water in the sea after the rains was completely cold ).
Staff
On high. Always genuinely friendly and smiling! And ready to help on a variety of issues - from calling a taxi to preparing baby food. Keep it up!
That's it in a nutshell. I hope it will be useful to someone - when we were driving, we did not find any information about the hotel, now it will be
