The room is dark, old, shabby, no fridge. no air conditioning, no balcony, the view is not clear where - some roofs with construction debris. That part of the hotel, which is located to the right of the reception, that is, in a newer building - everything is fine there in the room, and air conditioning, and spacious, and light, and a view of the park - in general, not bad. So I can't understand - how can tourists be accommodated in such diverse rooms? After all, everyone paid the same amount for the tour. Others were given a suite. Even before leaving, I warned them in the office that there were no jambs, because already acquaintances complained about them after a trip to Montenegro. It is useless - they talk beautifully, but do nothing. Especially since we were on our honeymoon. Who really amazed and pleased - so this is a guide in Croatia Zelka. All guides in Russia are a role model for how to work efficiently. It's a shame and a shame for Russia and Kaliningrad. Disgraceful!! !

For a hotel of this level, everything was on top. The room has air conditioning, everything you need. The staff is polite, understands Russian. Convenient location of the hotel - close to the beach, and bus stop, and much more. Would like to come back to this hotel again.

Rested family in the hotel for 5 days at the end of August 2010. I can not say anything - the hotel is at the level of Europe. We are satisfied with the food: we had obligatory breakfasts (buffet) and additionally paid dinners (almost the same). The choice of dishes is very worthy, but we should not forget, Bye drinks at dinner - paid (except tea - coffee).

star room - two beds, bedside table, TV, bathroom

is the same in both cases. The staff at the hotel is courteous and unobtrusive, the same cleaning in the room never bothered us.

from my own experience. In Opatija in pharmacies without a prescription (naturally,
natively Croatian) they won’t give you anything except toothpaste
you and sunscreens, even the most harmless analgesics. Not
try to buy disposable syringes, you can rattle in the poly-
tion. Take EVERYTHING with you if possible: syringes and ampoules, if you need them (by the way, in Croatia, injections are allowed only in medical institutions), all kinds of pills and
etc. etc. And of course more money - everything and everything is paid.

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, white towels were taken even with them to the beach, they change if you throw them on the floor. there is always water. Fortunately, there are few Russians there, the audience is European - Germans, Dutch, and so on. there is internet in the lobby for a fee. the most interesting thing is almost every evening on the terrace there are concerts with dances or football matches on the big screen. You can even listen to beautiful singing without leaving your room. to the sea across the road, folklore holidays are held in the city. the sea is clean, but there is no sand at all - lie on concrete. however, the beauty is indescribable around - you can climb the mountains. the air is healing clean, you can drink water from the tap. people and the public are well-mannered, you can enter and take pictures in any hotel. Guide Zhelka is lovely, but Marina from Tez tour is not very obligatory.
