Rested at the hotel in June 2013. A gold chain with a cross was stolen from the room. I told the hotel administration, to which they replied: "Your problems", I was struck by the utter indifference that thieves work among the staff, and the administration does not care. She called the police, they did not find any signs of breaking in the room, that is, the door was opened with a key. The room included 2 employees: cleaning and delivery of a cold dinner. The administration did not even recruit staff, citing the fact that they are resting. The employee at the reception said: there are no cameras in the hotel, it is impossible to prove that the thief is an employee. The director was not invited, the book of reviews was given in 5 minutes. I hope that the appearance of the police at the hotel will stop the thieves. Have a nice holiday everyone : )
