We rested on the island of Zakynthos, in a quiet place called Vasilikos. The Palazzo Di Zante is a very good place for a family holiday. The main thing for us was the presence of animation, since children are not interested in just going to the sea for two weeks, there was a girl in the hotel, the representative of Grecoleto is very good, and the whole animation team brightened up the rest, every day yoga, exercises, various games in the sea, pool, in the evening dancing for children, then for adults, so I can’t say that the rest was gray.
They settled us right away, we didn’t have to wait long, which we were extremely happy about, the room got a good one, upon check-in we were immediately expected by a compliment from the hotel, wine and fruit, such an attitude was nice. The room is not spacious, but we had enough space, there were two single beds combined together for us, for the children there was a bunk bed. The furniture is not new, the interior is simple, without frills, but the most important thing was clean. The room was cleaned daily, sheets changed several times a week. Well done staff with their work cope perfectly well, and the cleaners were cleaned efficiently, the waiters served quickly.
I was struck by the choice of dishes in the restaurant, a balanced diet is important for children, and I can say it was possible with ease, there are also many different goodies, sweets, fruits, etc.
The territory is very beautiful, well-groomed, there is a swimming pool with two water slides. Table tennis, basketball court, tennis court, billiards. For children there is a swimming pool, kids club. We didn't have to miss the kids either.
We also liked the sea, clean, shallow, the landscapes are just fantastic. Walk a couple of minutes to the beach, the sand is clean, sunbeds for an additional fee.
I can say that Vasilikos is the greenest place on the island, the air is the cleanest, it is easy to breathe. We also liked the climate, even in the sultry heat of 30 degrees, it is quite comfortable for itself.
