Hello. We rested on the island of Thassos from July 2 to 9 at the Timoleon Hotel, together with my boyfriend. When we booked the tour, we knew that the hotel was a C grade. We took a room with a sea view. Modern renovation (greenish tones), a good bathroom - new plumbing, good sound insulation, since the room overlooked the port, and there is a road. In the room everything is free - safe, air conditioning. We met the hostess of the hotel, a pleasant woman who tried to help us in everything. Upon arrival, we were met at the airport, we thought the transfer to the hotel would be difficult, but we were mistaken. The road flew by unnoticed! ! We rested for 7 days. We took a sightseeing tour. The island is very beautiful, fell in love with it once and for all. We bought 10 liters of oil, I liked that it does not give off bitterness. We rented a car and rode the beaches for 2 days. We found a variety, but La Scala conquered us. The beach near the hotel is pretty good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel. Take a cocktail in a beach bar, the average cost is 6 euros, and sit on the beach at least all day. It's pretty convenient. The beach is sandy, gently sloping into the sea, there are not so many people. Mostly Bulgarians and Romanians rest on the island, which pleased us pleasantly, after all, we went for a rest from the daily hustle and bustle and we got it. We recommend this hotel to everyone.
