Good day everyone. I would like to tell you about our wonderful vacation with my husband, which we spent in Greece in early June and stayed at the Porto Karras hotel. We lived in the Sithonia building. When choosing a hotel, we settled on this option, because. he fulfilled all our requests for an ideal vacation: All-inclusive meals, a large area, a gorgeous beach, a lot of entertainment and more, more about everything:
I liked the location of the hotel: its own large territory and at the same time near the village of Neas Marmaras - on foot for 20 minutes, but we used a very interesting service several times: a taxi on a boat along the waterfront - for only 3 euros per person. By the way, this village has a very developed infrastructure: many supermarkets, pharmacies, a large number of Mediterranean taverns - we had dinner several times in different taverns, where delicious Greek dishes were served, especially seafood - delicious, I still remember these plentiful treats.
What else attracted me to this hotel was its entertainment. Especially sports fans will not be bored, here everyone will find something for themselves. My husband just raves about volleyball, so often in the evenings, along with other vacationers of this hotel, we went to play beach volleyball. There are plenty of other entertainments, of course: a private port with yachts, basketball, football, tennis, golf courses (although we never played), bike rental, water sports, a diving school, and a train takes guests around the whole territory for free. Ahh, of course, there are pools with sea water and even 2 water slides, the hotel staff said that other hotels in Halkidiki do not have this.

Speaking of the staff - I cannot but mention their excellent work, upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly greeted, explained basic information and handed over the long-awaited room keys.
The room is very decent, without frills, of course, it is clear that the hotel is not new - but it justifies its cost. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay: TV (although we turned it on a couple of times), air conditioning, refrigerator, clean bathroom, hairdryer, and most importantly, free wifi. Rooms cleaned daily, linen changed 3 times a week. In general, the number on a solid 4.
Well, another undoubted plus is the sea! And the beach is just a miracle: sandy in combination with the turquoise sea and green tall trees, the “fire” pictures are noteworthy for the girls. Also sunbeds and umbrellas are free, towels on deposit, which gives the hotel a very good impression.
A little about food - there is a main restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner), a fairly varied diet, drinks are included. The only thing is that small queues often gathered, so I recommend going to the restaurant not at the beginning of its work, but a little later - all trays of food are replenished and there are no such crowds of people anymore. In one of the dinners - we ate like in an a la carte restaurant, took wine and a huge plate of mussels. There is a snack bar serving snacks between main meals, it is located near the main pool with water slides, there are also pool and beach bars, they are free, and in the hotel lobby there is a main bar until 12:00 at night.
In addition to the youth, there are many vacationers with children in the hotel, and where there are children, there is naturally noise and din, but we somehow quickly got used to it and almost did not pay attention. For children, by the way, the hotel also has a lot of all kinds of entertainment, animators entertain them all day.

In general, if you think objectively - the Hotel is worth its money, the list of services that they provide is simply huge. We were satisfied. And Greece pleases us again with its hospitality, warm weather, delicious food! It makes me want to come here again! We have already been to Crete and Halkidiki, now the island of Corfu is next in line.
