Friends! I don’t always sit down for reviews on time, but my son and I have already traveled more than 10 countries, almost always relaxing in inexpensive apartments. This time, we visited not only Greece, but also managed to fly to Rome for 2 days. Note that plane tickets from Greece are very cheap. Flight early in the morning. Those. you can fly out and spend a day there without spending the night and fly back to Thessaloniki at 10 pm. But I won't digress.
Kritsina apartments - this was our home for 10 days of rest in September this year. Chose as always on the principle of "cheap and convenient. " The apartments themselves are located in the resort town of Neos Marmaras. In general, there is everything for a good rest, so I don’t see any point in choosing expensive hotels. In 2 minutes taverns, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, souvenir shops and beach bars. Prices, by the way, are lower than on Cassandra. Even a souvenir is cheaper. Apparently, there are fewer tourists here, although I would not say. Even in taverns, all the staff speaks Russian. By the way, I can tell you the Limanaki tavern. Take dry white wine and seafood. For the money it comes out inexpensive, but you will get 100% pleasure. A tavern right by the sea, seagulls, the sound of waves - in general, romance in its purest form.
Now about the accommodation itself. The apartments are inexpensive, so we didn’t expect a fresh renovation and breakfast in bed for sure. On the plus side is the breakfast, of course. The hotel is small, and the hostess Larisa herself prepares all the food for tourists. By the way, she speaks Russian and loves tourists very much, oddly enough, even ours))). Her husband also tries to say something, but he does not understand very well. There is a cooler with clean water, but it is not in the rooms, of course. Although no one limits the water.
There is almost nothing in the hotel from the usual all-inclusive. These are apartments, as we have already noticed. There is a small park right at the entrance with benches and alleys. Some rooms have dedicated kitchenettes with cooking utensils. So, you can safely buy products in the store to cook yourself. We had a room not with a balcony, but with a terrace. Very comfortably. Beautifully and a fraction stands with chairs.
By the way, if you need a kettle, iron or something else like that, then you can safely ask the owners. This is not in the rooms, of course, but no one forbids taking it.
I think that my review will be useful to you, because I tried to describe everything in as much detail as possible. Travel! Greece is a beautiful country!

I would not recommend the studios at Kristina Apartments to anyone. The apartments are located right next to the road. Studio rooms, as we found out only upon arrival in K. A. (the tour operator did not warn us), are located on the -1 floor. The entrance to the studio is two meters from the road, a small terrace with a small door to the room is located about a meter from the road.

The entrance to the studio is two meters from the road, a small terrace with a small door to the room is located about a meter from the road. The room is small and dark, windowless, with dark blue walls. There is no ventilation in the room, including the bathroom, except for a small door to the terrace. The bathroom smells like sewage, the walls in the bathroom are rusty, the toilet drain barely works. The promised WiFi only worked on the terrace overlooking the parked car.
It is impossible to sleep at night: you can hear everything that happens at the neighbors and on the street. When the neighbors turn on the shower, the roar is like at an airfield. The child jumped constantly. The wooden door with bars did not soundproof, it was stuffy to sleep with it.
The mosquito net did not close, the lock was broken, so we were bitten by mosquitoes. In short, having somehow survived one night, we moved to another hotel.
Near the apartments there are 2 small pebble beaches, where there is no place to stay.

Rested with children last autumn at the Christina Apartments in Sithonia. I expected that for such money, everything would be much worse. Oddly enough, we liked it. The children are already adults, of course, they didn’t need animation, but the discos in the village of Marmaras were exactly to their taste.

Rested with children last autumn at the Christina Apartments in Sithonia. I expected that for such money, everything would be much worse. Oddly enough, we liked it. The children are already adults, of course, they didn’t need animation, but the discos in the village of Marmaras were exactly to their taste. They ran almost every day. Yes, there are still many taverns and cafes, so you can eat cheap and tasty national Greek dishes, because only breakfasts are provided at the hotel. The breakfasts are good too. I was glad that in addition to the standard omelettes and cereals, there were also pastries, olives, cheese, ham, and toast. In general, there was plenty to choose from.
We had a one-story room with a shower, a kitchen, air conditioning (but we didn’t use it, it was not so hot in September. It is paid separately), a TV, a refrigerator. In general, a complete set for a normal life. There was one double and one single bed. There was enough space. In the evenings I sat on the veranda. There is a table with chairs. I also cleaned it myself, but I was warned about this in advance, and I saw this note in the description of the hotel on the website. But bed linen was changed 2 times in 2 weeks, towels were changed more often. We liked. There is a place to walk, the conditions are good, the furniture is new. Plumbing, although the rooms are not very good, but everything is clean and working.

We never rested in the apartments, but this time we decided not to spend a lot of money on hotels, but to go exclusively for impressions. We decided to stay at Christina Apartments in Halkidiki. We drove from the airport for an hour and a half, somewhere. It was still hot in September, so the air conditioning in the bus worked, and what impressed me the most was the free Wi-Fi.

Unexpected, but nice. We arrived at the hotel. The area is small, but everything is neat and clean. The path to the entrance is full of flowers. We booked a two-story room, because we were traveling with four + a child. There is a kitchen with a stove, air conditioning, a veranda, dishes (of course). The room is clean, spacious considering the second floor. We ordered breakfast for all 5 days. Never regretted. There was no need to think about where to eat in the morning. The food was great at the hotel (eggs, toast, pastries, tea, coffee, cereal, milk, ham, omelettes, etc. ). And so we ate in taverns. Everything is delicious. We walked around Metamorfosi. I will say right away that the village is small, but, like everywhere else in Greece, everything is there. In any tavern you can eat for little money. Very tasty seafood, by the way. I think this is the first thing to try in this country. Yes, I forgot to say that there was a clothes dryer in the room and there is furniture on the balcony (table and chairs). Very convenient, in my opinion. Walk 300 meters to the sea. The road is good, you don’t need to wade through the bushes. We liked. For the money that we gave, more is not needed.
