Bought the tour at the end of March. Tour Mini-classic + rest. Tours went well, though very fast paced. Or listen or take pictures. Do not dream about feeling your presence in the Acropolis or Delphi - then remember.
The problem arose when checking into the Blue Dolphin. Host Olga-Tours. For three of us, we were offered a double bed and a cot. We knew about a folding bed (an extra bed in a 2-bed room), but that two ladies would be offered to sleep together on one bed - this surprised me. Not to mention that the tour was purchased in MARCH and they promised to settle on the 2nd floor. In addition, the room was located 10 meters from the sewer septic tank. So the smell of sewage, crawling cockroaches and the noise of the pump was attached.
When they saw all this - and they saw it right away, as the suitcases were brought in - they immediately went to the reception.

Dear boy Dimitri (not a word in Russian) was apparently ready for trouble and immediately cut off our questions - there are no other numbers. Live where indicated. We were very tired as we drove 9 hours from Athens. On that day, we got up at 6 o'clock, spent 2 hours in the Acropolis and 9 hours on the bus to the hotel. But it is impossible to live in such conditions! So we waited for at least some understanding. We did not find any help from Olga-Tours. We were hosted by a 3rd year student intern. Therefore, we had to supervise her. She also contacted the CEO, ie. Olga herself and her colleague Boris. It is impossible to believe that all the rooms in the hotel are completely occupied. BUT these people, whose profession is to protect the interests of customers, only UNSKILLEDLY pretended that they were trying to help us get settled in the way that, firstly, it was paid and ordered in advance, and secondly, it was supposed to common sense. Boris made jokes that it was possible in a tent on the shore or something else exotic....And he did NOTHING! And we sat at the reception a lot, not a little from 19 to 24 hours. Boris said that TOMORROW he would do everything possible, but today - alas!
The reception at Blue Dolphin is only accommodating to non-Russians. And Russians can be accommodated even in a sloppy place, because they are not protected by either the host - OLGA-TOURS, or the company that sells tours - Solvex tour, or the court, if you go there. The administrator of Blue-Dolphin Andreas just said to my face: "These are your problems! ", and, sweating, he left.
This day (night) ended with the fact that, at our request, they put another cot (squeezed in).
Our torment continued the next morning. Boris, who arrived for 5 minutes, promised to solve everything the day before, sped away. leaving us again with the same 3rd year student trainee! This rudeness and cynicism can only be compared with the rudeness and cynicism of the Blue Dolphin receptionist.
Realizing that it was only in our hands, we agreed with Andreas, who was sweating, about our relocation in 2 days to another room vacated from Russian tourists on the first - NOT SECOND, PAID - floor, a little larger and not at the sewer pump.
Vacationers beware! You have no idea how important it is to know who works for you! Be careful with Olga-Tours and the Blue-Dolphin hotel!! !
