The tour was ordered from the Labyrinth operator through the Onlintours agency 2 months in advance and paid in full. The booking confirmation was sent 5 days later. Arriving on the island on the night of June 18-19, the meeting party, the company "La Grand", announced that the hotel refused to provide a room and relocated me and 5 other tourists allegedly to a 5 star hotel. The proceedings continued the next day, the hotel administrator could not clearly explain why the booked room was denied. They said all the rooms were bought out before August and nothing will be provided to us. Allegedly, they work under a contract with Booking. com and their customers take priority. The hotel itself is of course very nice, located on the first line. The most decent in Perissa, but the attitude towards tourists is boorish.
