The hotel describes itself as a four-star. I think no more than 3! The beach makes the worst impression. Stony, not "sandy, with black volcanic sand" as promised by the tour operator (Bilioglobus). It is difficult to enter the sea (the cleanest! ) but to get out is horror!! ! The food is quite acceptable, the rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is very small. The staff is very welcoming, friendly. I would like to separately say thanks to the hotel guide Wilma. Great guide! She answered all my questions and gave a lot of helpful advice. But the beach is such a minus that I would not recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy swimming in the beautiful sea. This hotel is ideal for those who want to rent a car and explore the island.
