Yes, I read the reviews of other guests that the rooms are shabby, the plumbing is old and rusty, and I generally keep quiet about the places for taking a shower. I knew all the shortcomings, and I understood that I was going not to the top five, but to the deuce, but when I moved to another room, which was a thousand times better than mine, by the way, at the same price as I paid for my messy one, I I realized, I'm Russian, so you can put me in a nightmarish room for 11 days, and even with bugs, yes. . you were not mistaken when reading my words, but with bugs and this is in a civilized country. . . So I also had to fight for 4 days to be relocated, until I already complained to my company, where I arranged this hotel. Instead of sorting out and solving the problem, they also shouted at me, threatened to call the police that I allegedly got them with this problem, namely, this is the son of the hotel owner, when I already brought a sheet with a bug, he just crushed it in his hands, and like . . so what, , , I had to make a scandal. . threaten that I will defend my rights in my consulate. . . and only the intervention of the Russian side forced them to resettle me. . . imagine my surprise when I got into another room, which was completely better than mine. . . spoiled nerves, nights with light and no sleep, because these creatures, like 12 nights, rush to "eat" you, and even having moved from me, automatically waking up in the middle of the night, examined my bed, but happiness did not last long after three days I was moved again to another room , just as shabby and filthy, I no longer had the strength for a further conflict with them, and I had to spend the rest here. They didn’t apologize to me, though they told me through the maids that they would allegedly try to make amends with some kind of presents, but what are you. . they were just words. I am very grateful in this situation to the Russian-speaking staff who supported me, helped me as best they could, did everything possible to make my vacation, despite this trouble with me, as interesting and informative as possible, if only there were more such people with such a human face and heart, these are the maids IRINA , JOHN, receptionist HERAKLIY, God grant you health, happiness to EVERYONE and all the very best, but nobody canceled the boomerang, it is always GOOD, it always returns GOOD, so think about where you settle, if at least I had the opportunity to read in reviews about KLOPOV, would I have set myself up for such suffering
