We are a family of 4 people. Our kids are small, aged 4 and 1 year and 8 months. I fell in love with the hotel from the first very minute. We arrived very late, at about midnight. The kids were both exhausted from 2 flights we had that day. The hotel manager said: "No passports, no money is needed, here's your room key, sleep well! " Needless to say, I was downstairs with passports and cash first thing in the morning.
We had breakfasts and dinners included, the food was wonderful. You can find something delicious to eat no matter if you are vegetarian or a meat-eater. I am very contented with the clean kitchen and dining room. Once I was out at around 10 pm and saw staff polishing the floors and the counters. Everything is sparkling clean, looks like the people, ALL people, who work there, do the best they can to suit every customer's needs.
The location of the place is very close to the seaside. My kids are small but we never took a baby-stroller with us - that's how close it was, around 100 meters away. The beach is nice and clean, so is the sea.
The room service works well, everybody is exceptionally nice to you.
On our last day I asked for a late check-out time and received a positive answer. My kids sleep from 12 to 2 pm or even 2:30, and the managers let us have this (priceless for a mom) afternoon nap.
The managers gave us an invoice for my husband's job on our last day. We have travelled and lived in many places, USA, Russia, Czech Republic, Austria, UK, Spain, Italy, Cambodia, Egypt, Thailand, Malaysia, China but this is the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in! I am very satisfied and really grateful to people who work there and perform their work exceptionally well. Honestly, if all jobs we done the same way, we would live in a different world.
If you opt for Romantza Mare, you are guaranteed to have an unforgettable and peaceful vacation!
