Recently returned from Greece, rested at the Platon Beach Hotel 2 *. The location of the hotel is excellent, 2 minutes to the beach, supermarkets and taverns within 5-15 minutes walk. The hotel is quite consistent with its category, the staff is hospitable, helpful, the food is also normal, a meager and monotonous breakfast is fully compensated by a plentiful dinner.

Everything would be fine, but not without some disappointments. Firstly, we were put in a room with a view not of the sea and not of Olympus, but windows to windows with a nearby hotel and not one, there are many of them. So we didn't use the balcony. I am not a picky or capricious vacationer, so I don’t expect special comfort from 2-3 stars, it’s important for me to arrange a room and get enough sleep. As for sleep, that was just the problem. I don’t know how it works there (I’m not a plumber), but for some reason water periodically flowed behind the wall. I don't know why, but it feels like it's right here in your room, especially at night. Naturally you wake up. I do not advise taking a sunbed for a drink worth 3 euros, it is better to go to the left along the seashore 20-30 meters, there will be fewer people and the sea is cleaner. Moreover, the drink peddler Elena keeps seats in the front row for ''VIP'' clients, although a small business. Check-out from the room at 10 am, bus to the airport at 19-00. Tiresome but overall good.
