The room had a weak water pressure in the sink, contacted the reception . . the master came in 5 minutes with a smile . . as if he was sitting idle and waited for the call . . explained in English German. Everything was quickly fixed . . Reading reviews on different sites, I understood few Russians there, but when I arrived, I saw the floor of our hotel : ) and the staff urgently learns to speak Russian - it's nice.
The hotel is painted everywhere as a hotel for children: there is a playground and a children's cafe, a mini club and even a babysitter if anything . . My personal subjective opinion . . The site is open for visiting from 9 to 21 types . . there is no bench or shadow! ! against a tennis table with an awning and an armchair . . playing and watching tennis is important and should be comfortable, but on the playground under the scorching sun with children. shorter. A children's cafe is a fenced off area with comfortable chairs and tables, at lunch and only at lunch, even food for children is taken out to this cafe: french fries and pasta and separately tomato sauce... what can I say . . the child willingly runs to the table, and give him there’s nothing . . I don’t want to leave you alone to go to the common room . . a 7 year old is not interested, but a 1.5 year old has pasta and potatoes every day like that....there is a common cafe, but not thoughtfully, like playground, it seems there is but little sense from it. There is no game room! We thought about giving Babysitter our youngest, and then I thought, where will she be with him? On the playground under the scorching sun? Or in the pool or in our room? All these options frightened me and we did not dare . .
The restaurant for dinner is served really at 4 stars, a double set of forks and knives. Carafes of water and linen napkins. The waitresses can even ask what kind of drink you want to drink, but only in the first 15 minutes . . then the running around begins . . and if you came for dinner an hour later, you ended up in a 2-star hotel . . there are no clean tables . . the waitresses rush around, just to no one will clean up the dirty dishes and serve you. . There is a main elegant lady who sternly manages this process, but God forbid she herself will not touch the dishes and will not help. . We try to travel and this is not the first vacation. I saw how an elegant chef, or whatever the position is called, rolled up his sleeves and brought wine, removed the plates, showing, sorry, we don’t have time, but we are here to the last person, we want to make you a comfortable and pleasant stay . . here I didn’t see this . . my opinion: do not have time to hire more people or look for another solution. Because in the recommendation of the hotel itself, it is worth asking to come to dinner in evening clothes . . I came for the first time in a dress, I'm on vacation : ) in Europe 4 stars and it was justified. But when I was late and like a fool on a hairpin and there was nowhere to sit, and then the table seemed to be free, but not a linen napkin, not even a paper napkin and there was only one fork and I’m not sure if it was clean . . Okay, these are emotions . . The kitchen itself pleasantly pleased, always varied and tasty . . here I put a test . .
The bar and cocktails also did not leave indifferent . . The guys are great at such a pace and with such a smile you need to be able to!
Pizza and Guros are a delicious rescue for those who overslept or skipped lunch. . Our children both ate with pleasure!
I eat drinks, everyone brings them to the rooms, I find it convenient . . but this is apparently due to the fact that the Hotel is not a multi-storey complex, but really such a summer cottage option . . and many have terraces . . it relaxes, for this, in general, we and drove. .

The language of English and German is free for the staff, there are a couple of people who try to speak Russian as well.

The sea is clean, the bay, with any wind there was no big wave. I didn’t take flippers and a mask, I knew in Turkey that they were not needed and I was mistaken. There are places to go snorkeling. In general - the beach, as a natural phenomenon, is beyond praise (for the Mediterranean Sea). But the beach is almost completely lacking infrastructure. All beaches here are municipal. No hotel owns the beach, so the infrastructure of the beach is umbrellas, sunbeds for 4 euros per sunbed per day and that's it!! ! There is also a type of bar - this is some kind of container with a canopy and there are drinks. Something like what we had in the early 90s. From the hotel to the beach through the hotel "Irina Palace" 500 meters, but if it is forbidden to walk on their territory, it will be more than 1 km, but this walk did not bother me.
HOTEL. Immediately about the FOOD - well, very good! A variety of meat dishes (barbecue, Munich sausages, sausages, cold cuts, etc. ), salads, sweets (cakes, whipped cream, pastries . . ), fruits (12-14 types) and everything is very tasty. Drinks - wine, beer, tea, coffee, soft drinks - around the clock. During the day they cook something else, but I disappeared on the beach, so I don’t know, but it’s very similar to pizza. ROOM - my standard room consisted of 2 rooms. One had a double bed, and the other two sofas and a table. I understand that this is for a siesta, an afternoon rest. There was a balcony - normal size. There is a hair dryer in the shower. there was always hot water.
The territory of the hotel is neither big nor small. Everything is neat and green. There is a playground.
CONTINGENT - and this turned out to be the most important thing for me. According to the guide, I am in this hotel almost the first of our countries. There are mostly Germans. No one speaks Russian at all in the hotel, all the inscriptions are in German, English and a little in Polish (this helped me at least a little to understand the situation, because Polish and Ukrainian are similar), animation is in German, television is not a single Russian-speaking channel. I will say right away - I spoke only in Russian, and if a German tried to portray something in English, I went to meet him, and in other cases, even if I understood them, I still demanded a conversation in Russian. They came for the same money as me and we equally have the right to access information in our native language. It added a bit of humor to the holiday.
As for me, the rest turned out to be very good. Like a deaf-mute, he rested from all conversations, sunbathed and enjoyed a very clean and calm sea.
