We turned to the reception (there is a Russian-speaking girl Olga sitting there, whose indifference is akin to idiocy, but more on that later), at first Olga tried to prove to us that the room in which we were settled was a family one. But, after we announced that even if we add the footage of the bathroom and even the balcony to the footage of the room, then 25 meters will not work, she said that all the family rooms are now occupied and will be vacated only in two days, and only then will we be relocated. We, in principle, are not scandalous and patient people, so we asked for this time to at least replace the folding bed with another sunbed from the beach. Olga promised that she would talk about it with the manager. I don’t know if this conversation took place or not, but the next day we were told that the manager did not allow us to do this. But still, our torment ended on the third day, when we were finally moved to a real family-room! The room was really great! I will not be distracted by such trifles as not very new furniture, an ancient TV showing only two channels (and it was not needed by and large), the lack of a curtain in the bathroom, which is why every time after taking a shower in the bathroom deluge. . . The most important thing is that the room was really big, on the shady side, also in the corner, because of this it was really cool in it, we didn't even need air conditioning. There were indeed mosquitoes. Take your fumigator with you!
Now about food. We took all inclusive. Regretted. Breakfasts, however, as in almost all hotels in the Mediterranean, scrambled eggs (scrambled eggs), sausages (ham), sliced cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt, 2 types of jam, dry breakfasts (I call them cat food), pastries, tea, coffee from a machine , juice "ala Yuppi"))) For lunch and dinner, one type of meat or fish dish (fried bones, stewed chicken or fried fish), potatoes, pasta, salads (chopped grass of 3 types), watermelon or oranges, a couple of times melon, grapes a couple of times... We were not hungry. Though be careful! One day for lunch and dinner they gave clearly sour pasta. By the way, once a week at the hotel fasting days, on this day instead of meat or fish they gave lentil cutlets - very good ones. Drinks: wine and beer (ask the waiter to bring). The quality is certainly not super (and what did you want with all inclusive?!! ), but you can drink. Wine and beer only for lunch and dinner, at the pool bar only soft drinks are free and only until 21:00. So if you want to try Greek cuisine, then take only breakfast. Although the hotel stands on the edge of civilization, there are not so many places to eat: there is a fish tavern opposite the hotel, and there is a cafe on the way to the beach, but the prices are not cheap. Therefore, if funds allow, then eat better there. One more warning. If you are going on an excursion early in the morning, then in the evening it is better to prepare sandwiches for yourself. The bus picks you up for the excursion to Symi Island at 6 am. The day before, we approached Olga at the reception and asked if it was possible to get a dry ration, because. we will leave before breakfast. Olga answered us that the hotel does not give rations, but they will open the dining room for us at 6 in the morning, however, there will be only a minimum of food. To be honest, we did not expect such a minimum!!!!! ! Not only was the dining room closed, but the boy at the reception (part-time Olga's boyfriend), opened it only after we told him that we had been promised a minimum breakfast. It turned out that in the dining room there is nothing at all except tea!!!!! ! There wasn't even bread! Upon arrival from the tour, we tried to talk about this topic with Olga. The answer was, as always: she doesn't know. . . Moreover, even an elementary "sorry" was not heard from her. It is not clear why she is sitting at the reception at all, because. decides nothing and knows nothing. By the way, we also had embarrassment thanks to her. From the hotel runs an auto-train. When we asked Olga how much it costs and how to ride it, she told us that you buy a ticket for 5 euros and you can ride it at least all day. Please note that 5 euros is the price of one full circle. Then they will just kick you out. By the way, they will be kicked out in English, so if you don’t know the language, you won’t understand it either))) And another remark. From one excursion we arrived at the hotel 10 minutes before the end of lunch. The dining room was already being cleaned. When asked to feed us, because the dinner was not over yet, we were refused.
About excursions. Of course, if there is a person among you who drives a car, feel free to rent a car and go! Unfortunately, there was no such person among us. We took excursions from the hotel guide: 1. o. Symi (with a visit to the monastery of the Archangel Michael), 2. sightseeing around the island (Kritinia, the church of St. Tsambika, the church of St. Panteleimon, Filerimos, lunch in the village, and a wine farm), and 3 Seven springs, the museum of bees and the valley of butterflies. On Lindos, an excursion with a hotel guide cost 37 euros + you additionally pay for a ticket to enter the fortress. We ourselves drove to Lindos by bus (the bus schedule hangs on the stand next to the reception), the ticket from the driver cost 2.5 euros. A return ticket was bought at a booth at a stop in Lindos and it cost 1.6 euros. So count the savings
Shopping. A 10-minute walk from the hotel (along the road to the right) there is a supermarket. At one bus stop in the same direction (or you can take a train, but you have to do almost a full circle) there are shops, a tour desk, souvenir shops, but it’s a long walk to go there. In Lindos there is a market where you can buy souvenirs for gifts.
Beach. The sea is really close. On the beach to the right, opposite the cafe, there are umbrellas with sunbeds. Paid. 5 euros. And if you don't want to pay - take a towel or buy a mat, lie down and sunbathe on them! ))) Another. When entering the sea, there are very small prickly pebbles, so I swam in coral slippers. But people even without them somehow enter the water. ))) There are large boulders on the left in the sea. Be sure to swim there with a mask. You can see fish there. Not the Red Sea, of course, but also quite interesting. )))
This hotel will be of interest to older people. Young people will be bored there. The hotel, I would say, is in the "backyards of civilization" - there are no discos or any other party places within walking distance. But this has its advantages. 1. The bed was not changed, but remade. (The manager failed to explain this. He poked papers at us, in which it was written that they had changed)
2. You need to go for towels. Dirty ones will be taken away. New ones will not be put in.
3. We paid 25 euros for the safe. (2 weeks) One fine morning, when a car was ordered. Someone took the general key to the safe. (so the manager said) We were left without money, documents and a car. . He refused to return the money for the safe for the remaining week. We didn’t use the safe anymore. Generally an unpleasant type. He understands everything. He says everything that he doesn’t understand Russian.
4. There are a lot of mosquitoes at night. You should definitely use fumitox.
5. Spiders in the room are huge, but not everywhere.

The hotel is located on the very outskirts of the village of Kiotari. There is no life near the hotel, there was one tavern opposite, but expensive, there was a supermarket 800 meters along the highway, and they were saved. Since this hotel does not have an All Inclusive food system, they, as they themselves came up with Light All Inclusive, that is, breakfast, lunch and dinner as it should be according to the schedule, but in between these meals you will not have a snack or drink, everything at the bar by the pool for money, only from 16:00 to 17:00. pour tea, coffee and give cupcakes, but not the fact that you will get something. Alcoholic drinks (beer and wine) only during lunch and dinner in the dining room. Everything else is for money at the bar. You can only drink water for free. There is no fridge in the room, no TV either, but we didn't need a telly. But there are several pluses to this hotel. This is the distance to the sea (certainly not 80 meters as in the description), but 150 meters, and in a straight line. Basically, all the hotels in Greece are located at a distance of about 1000 from the sea, and also on the hills. There is also wi-fi, works well near the reception. Well, if you want to relax in a quiet, peaceful place, then this hotel will suit you, because it is very small.
